He's basically a supporting playmaker who starts his plays from the wing. That's how I would describe his role.
-
Absolutely in awe that he has scored 12 goals so far as a winger in his first season.

Lampard's last goal will win us the FA Cup or Europa League. Last season was Drogba's year, this one is Frank's.

He really should have broken the record today with a hattrick, but nevertheless I'm super delighted for him. I almost expected him to take off his shirt to reveal another shirt with the text "200 almost out, they're all for you, thanks" Just 5 years ago he had 100 less goals, amazing. Do you think he would have scored more or less as a striker? I think less, because playing deep actually helps him score more imo. As a striker he would have to be in the box all the time and he couldn't make his trademark late runs which take up 20% of his goals easily.

I haven't properly watched last few games, but I watched this one and holy shit I couldn't believe how Hazard has juiced up his game. My jaw dropped when he did that business in midfield against some 3 players which ended with a rabona cross, I literally don't remember when a Chelsea player has been able to do that. It wasn't a one off either because he kept doing that, including the goal... no one had a sniff of the ball when it was at his feet. And that cross to Lampard, brilliant. At the beginning of the season I was worried he was too shy, he kept playing safely and hiding. Now I have no doubt in my mind that he's something else. We haven't had a player this good technically since Robben and even he was a one trick pony, everybody knew he was going to cut inside. But Hazard keeps bombing goal of the months with his lefty. In that sense he's unmarkable, because usually it's easy to close down one dimensional wingers' stronger side, but Eden can hurt you in many more ways. I can't believe we got him for 32 million, I never thought I would say this about such extraordinary sum of money, but it feels like a bargain. Considering today's inflated market prices for attacking players, he easily constitutes 40 million.

Basically the same thing, because without that goal we would've been out, but ended up going through. Could be considered a winner or at least an important goal.

Last ditch winner against Brentford.

They do if a Chelsea player wins.

What is the age limit for young player of the year? I would go with Hazard, if he wasn't Chelsea.

300K? In what currency? EDIT: Oh, you probably meant total, not each. My bad.

The idea is good and I would very much like to see it happen, but there are a few issues. First, how will it fit the schedule? All the domestic league and cup games require a lot of endurance, adding such a dream league to the mix would drain the players even more, hence inevitably the quality of the games will drop because of fatigue (just look at Mata to see the difference between a fatigued player and a rested one). Secondly, giving such insane money just for participating is extremely unfair towards other clubs. The differences in revenue between top clubs and others are massive, this would only broaden the gap and make domestic leagues less competitive. And now, the most important part.......... NO LIVERPOOL HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

How are Kagawa and Eden even comparable? They play different positions and roles. Sent from my GT-S5660 using Tapatalk 2

I don't think anyone ever bullied Drogba like that. I think the fact that Ferdicunt did that to Torres shows how little respect others have for him, they know he's a pushover and easy to crack. You do that to Drogba, he would dedicate the rest of the game to humiliate you. Nobody wanted to be his target, Carragher will agree.

One brilliant goal in your first season - okay, it happens, doesn't show anything. But this was already something like fourth stunner from him this season. He's something special. In fact even Mata's first season wasn't this good, and it's still not over.

Btw, how do you rate Webb's performance? Was he MU's 12th man?
-
Great 2nd half, the best performance I've seen in a loooong time. But now the contrast in motivation is evident - the team just isn't bothered with lesser games, they just turn up when they feel like it. That isn't good enough. You can't choose the games where you play and where you don't. I remember under Mourinho there was no difference between playing Liverpool in CL or Charlton, the team was fighting in every game. Anyway, enough about the mood spoilers Onto the good stuff. I will talk only about 2nd half as I didn't properly see the first one and since we were behind 2-0 I take it we were shit (and as much as I saw we indeed were). I liked the drive and desire of our team. We spread wide and pressurized as much as we could, stayed compact at the back. Luiz put on a textbook show, he was massive defensively. Midfield looked much better with Mikel, much more composed and solid and it unleashed Ramires. Talking about Ramires, this guy was my MOTM - he was all over the place, harrassing and running and breaking play and scoring. Hazard made all the difference offensively, monster of a performance. Mata was again influential. All in all this is the kind of team performance I want to see every game, not this lacklustre dross we're now used to. Anyway, I never thought we were going to come back considering the form we're in, but we did it, so all's well. Hell, I didn't even put too much hope on properly contesting MU, glad I was proved wrong and that somewhere deep down there still is some fighting spirit left in the team.

The papers were always going to run this story, weren't they. It's a seller. I wouldn't believe a word they say regarding Torres prior to transfer window.
-
Just realized it has a big downside - it doesn't show notifications (likes, quotes, mentions). Can't it somehow be activated in ACP? Or have I maybe missed smth? Sent from my GT-S5660 using Tapatalk 2

Not sure, but it is one time payment.

Are there people left who buy apps? I must get my hands on one and study it.

It costs quite a lot http://tapatalk.com/build.php 29 USD/month + 99 USD setup fee.

On a tablet it doesn't make much difference (except for push notifs if you need them), but on small screens like my phone tapatalk is much more comfortable (snappier, bigger buttons, clearer UI).
