  1. He joined Monaco in the summer for five years, how likely can it be? Is it even allowed?
  2. He is just jealous. I prefer to take it more as a compliment from him, because deep down he wants to play the same way with the same effectiveness in defence and attack, but he's under pressure to do the opposite.
  3. Was trying to access the forum through the main page, but couldn't find the link to the forum anymore... Can anybody advise am I blind or what?
  4. German Chancellor Angela Merkel held a press conference on Tuesday saying it would be "especially disgusting" if the suspect turned out to have been given asylum in Germany. Merkel should be disgusted with herself. We all knew what would happen, the blood lies with Merkel, her government and others who enabled this massacre we have been witnessing these past few years on European soil. In a just world she would be hanged. Poland and Hungary are doing the right thing showing the middle finger to those fucks in Germany and Brüssel, they probably saved some lives already by limiting this dirt from entering their country.
  5. What we can expect without Diego and Kante is for their replacements to be fired up. They see that this time players are chosen on merit unlike before, they have an opportunity to show what they can do, so they'll be claiming their stake.
  6. Not that easy. Bournemouth are no pushovers. And the fact they are more attacking is what makes Kante's absence more worrying, we are yet to see how we cope without him. Matic is nowhere near his level defensively and we already know how well his and Cesc's partnership worked out in the past. Costa's absence also means that on a bad day we might not find a way through, so far it has been him scraping us through close encounters.
  7. Another one looking to relaunch his career in a springboard club, laying the foundations for us to sign if he comes good.
  8. We are without Costa and more importantly Kante? Don't have a good feeling. Kante is a big reason why we haven't been leaking goals, Costa is a big reason we have been scoring goals. Take two pillars of the team away and trouble could ensue.
  9. One more thing.. He wouldn't need to move city or country if he came here, he'd just switch to a more successful and lucrative employer without extra hassle of moving places. If Conte personally tells him he wants him, then I can see him coming here. Wishful thinking maybe.
  10. Just tell them that we are making history, they are living off of it like has-beens.
  11. Exactly. Their star players realize soon enough that they will forever be surrounded by mediocre players and/or coaches and they will win nothing meaningful in the near future with them. Arsenal and Liverpool are have-beens, but their commercial value and fame are still significant enough domestically and internationally to use them as springboards to better their careers and brand by being the outstanding players of their teams, get noticed and move to clubs that can sustain success (Suarez and Fabregas being prime examples abandoning their clubs because they are not competitive enough). I have little doubt that Sanchez will follow the pattern. He has been there for 2 years now, he's got enough exposure to have better places calling him. And at the back of his head he knows that a player of his quality should be lifting trophies, not being teary-eyed after most decisive games which is the story with Arsenal ALL THE TIME. He already tried Barcelona, so they are out of the game. Once he becomes available, which could be sooner than we think, we have to pounce on the opportunity. We can offer him what he wants, Arsenal can't.
  12. Pre-season it was a reasonable goal to set, but in the context of the ongoing season I would be disappointed finishing only 4th or even 3rd now. Runner-up would be tolerable if the eventual winner deserves it, but so far nobody deserves it more than our lads who are dead serious about righting the wrongs of last season.
  13. You could have said the same thing about Ash and Cesc, but look at them now. One became a club legend and the other one is captain material. Sanchez's gooner past would be quickly forgotten.
  14. Not sure he'd fit the team. He is the kind of player who thrives off a free role, this role is Hazard's. Not too sure we can have two such playmakers in a free role while retaining defensive solidity. Sanchez is a much more exciting name being thrown around - hard-working, direct and clinical. I'd rather take him for the RW position, Rodriguez doesn't fill me with confidence that he'd come here and do a job on a consistent basis.
  15. He is Brazilian, what can you do
  16. I liked his attitude and spirit the first time, this time I'm liking it even more.
  17. For Hazard? NOT IN A MILLION YEARS.
  18. Just because we are competing only in the league and one cup doesn't mean we have the right to perform to our absolute best all the time, it doesn't happen no matter what competitions you are playing.
  19. Difficult to sustain such form for such a prolonged period of time in the EPL. 11 game winning streak itself is remarkable despite the drying performances.
  20. True, but it's better than not having the money. Now they can blackmail us and we can afford it, before they would still blackmail us but we couldn't afford.
  21. Enough of feeding the loan army and no need to buy for the sake of buying, with this money we can buy genuine ready-made quality if not in January, then in summer for sure.
  22. Can't believe this is really happening. Conte isn't making it a secret either. We used to joke about this scenario, a lucrative transfer to China. I use the word "joke" because none of us ever really believed it will happen, but there you go - 60 million for Oscar like lightning out of a clear sky.
