  1. No. It just shows you taking a political stance, which I have no problem with. It doesn't insight racial hatred in my eyes. I would also appreciate people reporting racist posts as well, the staff try their best to cover the whole forum daily but it is quite difficult to achieve some days - your help is paramount to making TC a more universal community.
  2. We SHOULD have another official to the side of each goal like in the Europa League, and if even they can't call it THEN we should be using tv replays. It'll add about 60 seconds onto each game, most probably, possibly 3 minutes at most when there are a number of hugely controversial incidents.
  3. No-one knows when Bosingwa will be back, though.
  4. Someone with his work rate is a welcome addition to the squad as far as I'm concerned. As Jim says, he probably won't start most matches but he's a quality player to come off the bench and offer a bit of quality in the final third. I rated him when he was at West Ham and over the last three years at Liverpool he has matured into a very decent player indeed. Plus he is the only player in history to score an FA Cup, Premier League and Champions League hat-tricks!
  5. Great professional, one of my favourite all-time players as well. JULIAAAAAAAAAANO BELLEEEEEEEEEEEETI!
  6. It was one of those 'heat of the moment' things. Bosingwa was frustrated but what doesn't excuse him; there's no need for that sort of thing in football! But yes, he did apologise and I don't think Yossi is the sort of guy to hold grudges!
  7. In light of recent events, anyone who makes an offensive anti-Semite remark on TalkChelsea forums will be banned indefinitely. As will anyone else who makes offensive remarks aimed at other cultures and religions. Racism will not be tolerated. One member (Kakuta44) has already been banned for such obscenities, I do not want to have to do the same to anyone else. For more information - see this topic - Alex.
  8. People who are posting anti-Semite remarks are an absolute disgrace. How can a person's faith make a difference? Anyone who posts anything anti-Semite will be banned; no suspensions or warns, just simply a permanent ban. I won't tolerate it.
  9. I trust Carlo, so I trust he knows what he is doing. Welcome, Yossi.
  10. I love the fresh look of the Everton keeper kit, looks top.
  11. We need to keep Carvalho in my opinion, just for one more season. I honestly don't think Bruma isn't ready yet to be playing 20 PL games a season. If Alex or Terry is injured, and Ivanovic is still covering for the injured Bosingwa, we need Carvalho to step in. Put it this way, I wouldn't want Bruma to be marking van Persie in a Chelsea-Arsenal derby for a short while. I have every faith in him but we have to be realistic with his progress.
  12. Spot on. He's a proven EPL player. Let's face it, he won't be first team material for every match. I merely expect him to be the stop-gap between Cole leaving and Kakuta making the step up. He's not a bad player at all, either. He remains the only player to score Premiership, Champions League and FA Cup hat tricks.
  13. FUCKING LOL AT GREEN AND NAVY The black and orange could be fantastic if its essentially the reverse of Cech's orange goalkeeper shirt; predominantly black with orange highlights.
  14. What's there to lose? Blatter out, and get in someone with an ounce of backbone.
  15. I've seen better, like the Marlon King one.
  16. Another shirt by adidas ruined by them going over the top. That would have looked stunning without the chav marks all over it.
  17. Thats how every other club felt when we spent big.
  18. Suppose he's scraped back an ounce of credibility by thanking the fans. Still doesn't deserve the wages he thinks he does though.
  19. Always will and always has been England's best central midfielder, its just a shame he can't emulate his club form for the Lions. Personally I don't want him to resign. I find it apt that the three best performers from England's woeful World Cup campaign were Chelsea players.
