@didierforever, move on, please. Just drop it.

No need for insults. Tone it down, please. This is a multinational platform for Chelsea fans from all around the world. There is no place here for that supremacy and condescending attitude towards anyone from any nationality. Please spare us that "real fans" nonsense.Let's get back on topic, please.

Anyone posted this yet? Great interview. That dig at Arsenal towards the end!

It's arguably easier for a young CB to play in the EPL than in the Championship. He's no Omeruo or Kalas, he won't be able to handle the physicality there and at the same time his technical abilities will not show. If no EPL team wants him then it's probably best he goes to somewhere like Germany or something..
-
We paid over the odds for Willian and you're talking about world class players in the other two. Cuadrado cost more than Mata, a lot more than Schurrle, more than double Salah's fee and more than triple what we paid for KDB. He was a huge investment, there are no two ways about it.
-
Crap, now I badly want to lose!
-
Agree. But that obviously hinges on what Marco himself wants. He might want a permanent transfer now.
-
Talk in Italy is that Milan want to renew his loan. They won't buy because they don't have the money to, but a good loan spell where he would hopefully stay fit can raise his market value to when we eventually sell him.
-
"Giving Cech to United"? "Let them take him"? Petr's choice will be the biggest factor in deciding where he goes, if he ends up at united then that is where he chose to be.
-
I honestly don't know what they've done differently because as I said I usually don't care what the kits look like, but these are just fundamentally ugly. The home is okay I guess, but the black one is just putrid.
-
It's not the sponsor, the shirts are just fucking hideous, and this is coming from someone who usually doesn't care one bit about how the shirts look like!
-
Don't care if he has to go out there on a wheelchair, Petr just HAS to play. Would put a huge damper on the cup lifting and celebrations if we don't get to see him in a Chelsea shirt one last time and say proper goodbyes...
-
Of course he won't, I was just using that example to prove that being a money signing is not alone enough to ensure you a starting spot.
-
Well that settles it, if deluded Brendan says he's staying he's as good as gone.
-
Like Cuadrado? Neither us nor City can mess around next season, if a player does not fit the system or cannot perform what is expected from him, he will benched no doubt.
-
They'd spoil before they reach you Was thinking more along the lines of things that can be done here on the forums. I see your million and I raise you a unicorn!
-
Really? We've reached THAT stage of over-hyping?! Hazard at 20 already had top class technical ability and dribbling skills. He already had very good maturity and consistency for his and probably most importantly he had the footballing intelligence of great footballers. Literally the ONLY thing Raheem has on 20yo Hazard is pace.

Benteke or Costa, choose only ONE.
CHOULO19 replied to quickpassnmove's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Technically, Costa is obviously better and he even fits our system a lot better than the Belgian, however, I would still take Benteke over Diego who's too much of a cunt on the pitch for my taste... -
Not sure mate, those hipsters seem to be gaining numbers fast!

And as per usual it has mostly back fired. Iranian influence in the region, especially Iraq, has never been this strong. A near complete defeat of ISIS in Iraq practically means handing all of the country into Iranian hands. The thing is, prior to the war in Syria, Iran did not seem to have many plans for regional domination, and if they did they were clearly not in effect. Sure they had an alliance with the Syrian regime (not nearly as strong as now), very limited influence inside Iraq and of course Hizbollah who share their ideology. The US and gulf countries meddling in Syria and the subsequent events in Iraq have made the Iranians (rightly) feel that the aim is to isolate them and now they are doing everything in their power to get hold of as many political cards in the region as possible.

How about I make you a bet? I bet you that if Sterling moves to Chelsea or City he will not start more than a third of the matches. If that turns out to be true, you won't say a single word about Oscar all season. Name what you'd want from me if that turns out to be false...

They'll only destroy what can't be easily transported to be sold. Did the same in the Iraqi museums. More worryingly, ISIS now controls over 50% of the areas in Syria after taking Palmyra. The war in/on Syria is going to last at least 10-15 more years, imo.
