I think that most of the people who regularly go to games were very anti-AVB so I can't see that happening.

I think we'll lose. Fans, especially those of the "smaller" clubs have known for over a year now that we are no longer an unbeatable team and since Carlo's 'bad moment' started, we've always struggled when we've played in a hostile atmosphere. Their fans will make it very tough for us. I can see us just collapsing, & them dominating like what happened in the 2nd half yesterday.

Alex, maybe you should watch the repeat on the telly cause Cole was awful IMO. Perhaps because you were there, it didn't seem that way to you and the other away fans. I've only been to a game once, but I realized that it definitely distorts players' performances at times. If you still feel that way after you've seen the game again, then fair enough, but he was awful in every sense yesterday imo - apart from that one good clearance from the cross & the cross he provided for Lampard right at the end. He got beat by Odemwingie too many times in the first half and in the second he made some abysmal errors which gifted them 3 or 4 chances on goal

After yesterdays performance, I am convinced that we won't get 4th. Thought that the Bolton game could be a catalyst to a late surge but clearly I was wrong and these players don't give a shit.

Could someone who watched the full match give a quick summary of how he did? Great to see him grab so many goals already. It not only gives him confidence in his personal abilities but also makes him a bigger part of the team and the other players will "respect" him more

I don't understand what the point is of discussing who should be our next manager. Whether you want AVB to get the sack or not, he's still the current manager. So why are we discussing the next manager??? If AVB gets the sack, then feel free to open a similar thread.

Great post Tomo! Carlo will always be remembered and appreciated for bringing the double to the club, but it's hilarious how people have forgotten how bad last season was. Unbelievable.

Yeah there is one. you have to click on something on the top right hand corner of your page (it's an arrow or something, I can't remember and I'm on my phone! But it opens up a pop up kinda window with settings, etc) and you have to select manage ignore preferences I believe Then you type in the persons username and select what you want to ignore

This is really becoming ridiculous. There are so many threads being created these days and most of them are useless and can be posted in other general threads. The forum is just too cluttered! There needs to be some sort of ban or warning given for unnecessary threads. Not the ones when the user had something genuinely interesting to post but should have been posted in a general thread. I'm talking about the ones which are created simply to voice opinions after a draw/loss like what we're seeing from Justin and Wilson. Sorry for the pissy nature of this post but I'm just very annoyed! And there isn't really a specific thread to discuss about what is becoming a big problem for this site in my opinion

If he really had criticized lamps, it means that there clearly is something going on behind the scenes. And you don't know anything about what lamps has or hasn't done. Neither do I. But I don't think it's that far fetched to form conclusions based on his body language this season. If Luiz had criticized him, there would be a reason why he would do so. But anyway Luiz has said that he wasn't referring to lamps. Whether that's REALLY true or not, we do not know. And your phrasing implies that just because lamps is a legend it means nobody has the right to criticize him which is ridiculous. IF he is acting like a baby, he does deserve criticism.
