He is a poacher but in a different way to Torres. Higuian is very similar to Ruud Van Nistelrooy, in the sense that he is always there to put the ball in the back whereas Torres relies on through balls and pace to get one on one with the GK. SO do you want a Van Nistelrooy clone? Remember he did score 150 goals for Yernited.

It is in the Stamford Bridge thread already, but this probably big enough to deserve it's own topic. I like the idea, but I really want to go to Stamford to watch a game before the end. At least it is going to be a proper stadium not a souless bowl.
Thank you Allah, Mohammed, God, Abraham, Jesus, Moses, Buddha and Ganesha for not allowing the proposed Chelsea stadium to be a heartless soul sucking bowl. I am eternally grateful.
I hope it doesn't have a bullshit name like "Etiahd" or "Emirates'. I have not been to Stamford and I will really be upset if I never watch a game there. I could always visit this place: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stamford_Bridge,_East_Riding_of_Yorkshire
A lot of Silverware can be lost in those two months. Don't get me wrong I love Drogba and Essien, but the impact on the team those two had when they were gone was too much.
African players are frustrating because of AFCON. I think we should stay clear of signing African Internationals as there is nothing worse than losing your best players for a few games when AFCON rolls around.
I've never actually seen Islam play but I've heard that his playing style is similar to Wayne Rooney's. So I imagine he plays for the team (rather then himself) whilst maintaining high intensity in attack and defence.
I'm not sure about the Liverpool game but the youngster need the 90 mins against Blackburn. Blackburn will be fighting with a lot of intensity, this match will show how the lads handle English ferocity.
Those are exactly my sentiments towards Sturridge too. I think some people just want to keep him because he is English and that he could be a fantastic Foward. Pro English bias isn't limited to the media these days. Cavani is an animal. I have full confidence that he would supass the legendary Drogba if he were to sign. He may not have the prettiest playing style but he sure as hell gets results.
I'm guessing your room is the one with the fire exhaust, am I right? I hope the massive fire isn't your way of overcompensating, or is it just cold up there?. I did google Middlesbrough to get that image, so chances are it is!
I know that most Israelites are Jewish but I didn't want to jump to any conclusions by just saying "I don't want to offend xPetrCechx by using racist slang". I believe you, but some still might take offence. You have to undersatnd people blow things out of proportion. I have a feeling that Schurrle has a much better chance of walking into the starting XI than Lukaku. I think Di Matteo or whoever is in charge would prefer Schurrle to Lukaku just by the sheer fact that he played in Germany opposed to Belgium.
