Don't know why so many people here want to avoid Gomez like the plague. He's got a similar goal to game ratio as Cavani and would cost less than half the price. I'd say its much more difficult at the top of the table now. It's been proven over the last couple of seasons that you need that firepower up front.United have had RvP and Roo banging them in and City have had Aguero and Tevez.
