It really is an enormous headache. Oscar has been fantastic at #10 so you can't just outright drop him. People keep saying Jose should just play Mata in the right, but we just spunked 30 million on Willian who's a more natural wide player than Juan is. The absolute perfect scenario is Oscar moving back alongside Ramires in the pivot and bring Mata back in as the #10 but Jose has already fully committed Oscar to that role. Even if Mata isn't nailed on to start anymore I hope we still see him a lot. I feel really bad for him as he's done nothing to deserve this treatment, but you have to say that Jose's reasoning is justified. Unfortunately, I think he'll be sold to PSG in January or the summer. Only way I'd be okay with that is if we get Verratti in exchange.

If Mikel just works on and sharpens up his passing he'd be a brilliant player. Composed on the ball and stays within himself. A nice run of games and I think he'd lock down a regular spot.

I think Mata will 100% be sold next summer if Jose proves that he can win the title or come close without regularly playing him in his first XI.

I had the strangest fucking nightmare last night. We ended up losing to Basel 7-2 and for some reason beyond explanation Adebayor was playing for us. Just about the weirdest dream I've had.
