Spuds 😂😂😂 With United and Spuds losing or drawing every damn game, if we had won a few of those draws against shit teams we’d have locked in top 3 already.

He’s such an awkward yet elegant player simultaneously. When he receives the ball when running at full speed he seems to control it perfectly. He’s an awesome counter attacking player. But when he receives the ball while in a standing position and has to try to beat a defender he looks as though he’s going to fall over every time. He looks like a guy who had a massive growth spurt overnight and isn’t used to his body or something.

Hope Reece can use these extra few days to be ready for this one.

What a dreadful game of football. Imagine what supporters of other clubs all over the world think of us watching this… We can’t even get near their goal. We can’t test their keeper. We can’t make their defenders nervous. What must Roman think up in the stands? All this money spent to look this poor.

We literally just look like the worst Chelsea sides under Sarri and Mourinho since our wingbacks went down. We’re horrendous. Like all those teams behind us in the league we’re just going to limp towards the end of the season struggling to score 1 goal game after game and hoping for the best.

They’re the sort of team you need highly aggressive, highly mobile forwards so you can shift their bus around. A team like Liverpool for example with the movement of Salah, Mané, and Jota would be ripping these apart. But Lukaku is like a giant oak tree that’s rooted in place, CHO looks like a player who lost 3 steps since that bad injury, and Havertz struggles when he’s got 2-3 people right on top of him because the bus is parked around him.

Our line is so high because they’re playing so deep that they look dangerous every time they spring a counter. They’ve been clean through several times now. I feel like if we don’t score first they’ll catch us on the break and win. Because they’re obviously experts at sitting deep and parking the bus. And with our total lack of scoring threat it’s hard to see us coming back.

Also doesn’t help that we don’t have 1 single player who can shoot from range. We left Ziyech in the bench for some reason.

They look pretty dangerous when they get it around our box but other than that we are dominating in every other area of the pitch. We just can’t break down their compact defense. We’re getting it in dangerous areas repeatedly but fail at the last touch.

Long ball after long ball after long ball. Their approach play is better than ours… Oh, and look, CHO out on an island in acres of space and can’t beat his man. AGAIN. That is a wingers dream and he fails almost every time recently.

So frustrating that none of Mount, Havertz, or Lukaku can consistently control the damn ball when it’s played into them. Ffs…

Palmeiras strategy of letting Thiago Silva have the ball for 90% of the time and closely man marking everyone else is working because we’re playing so slowly. They’re forcing us to totally bypass our midfield and go long repeatedly to Lukaku, Mount, and Havertz.

That may be true but…imagine having that name 😂😂😂 He’ll score against us now, watch.
