Interesting, similar to what i saw a couple of days ago. Would be seriously exciting if this can go through, the lad looks like he would be great out wide in a 4-3-3 a position we could do with some exciting talent. Lets hope Chelsea can get the deal done.

Seems to be an opinion taken by many chelsea fans at the moment. Possibly based on the fact that PVA has played for our first team. Bertrand is a better left back than Van Aanholt at the moment. Bertrand is very much a young Ashley Cole and would be brilliant to be understudy to Cole this season, over a 100 league games under his belt experience isn't a problem either. Bertrand has been massively popular on every loan move he has made.

Would be suprised to see Matic go on loan, he made good inroads last season and is the right age to be getting first team chances. Very composed on the ball and one we should be giving more games to this season.

Hve not seen any mention of Hutchinson since the beginning of pre season so i am assuming that he is not available for whatever reason. Rajkovic is still not eligable to join the club work permit wise and whilst he will be at the club training till a loan is sorted he will notbe staying and will not be able to play in the friendlies either...

Turnbull for me, has made a lot of improvement during the season and whilst prone to some silly mistakes Hilario for me lacks in the shot stopping department and will let in goals that should have been saved.

Newcastle would be a good loan move, provided he is first choice left back. A season in the prem would do him the world of good. I expect Bertrand to be kept on at Chelsea to try and fight for a place which is fair enough given his experience.

Carlo said he wants the players to start getting near 90 mins now, and CTV said McEachran starts again. So i expect this 11 to start: .................................................Turnbull................................................. Again it's only a month, and will only miss a game or 2 of the season! Defence is going to be interesting for Ajax though. Have heard nothing of Hutchinson for a while so not sure what is happening with him, but i guess it will be a back 4 of Cork-Bruma-Van Aanholt-Bertrand... CTV said the full squad will be available for the trip to Germany so Ivanovic and JT back then, no real problems unless more injuries are picked up, but these are just small injuries and are going to cause minimal problems.

Of course the player has a massive say, if he don't want to go to city then he won't! The last thing Robinho would do is to recommend City! I do hope this goes through now, would be an exciting prospect.

Both Aguero and Neymar can play different formations to the striker role. Out wide or behind the forwards ect.. Torres yes we don't need but Aguero or Neymar would be very useful.

Im sure i read something yesterday where they were saying we would only have to go up to about £21m to make the deal happen if the player wants to go, yes it's a lot of money. But we either pay the money and hope his talent transforms to the PL or we let him go elsewhere and wish we could sign him for over £40m in a few years time, just look at Pato.........

Because i would imagine that the club don't want to let a player with a year left on his contract go for a free. I agree he should go, but i think the club will look to get "something" for him

Well we are certainly a little light on midfielders at the moment so a deal for him would not be bad at all. Can't say i know much about him but i think he would be a good addition to our squad.

This would be a very exciting signing if we can manage to pull it off. For us to bring over one the top prospects in Brazil would be great and to see him develop into a world star at Chelsea.....

It's a real shame but not a disaster, a month isn't long. Lets just hope we don't pick up any more pre season,

Waste of spot in our squad, especially now we are restriced in the number of overseas players.

Lets just wait and see, we have seen the club are not prone to rushing through transfers anymore, and if are to sign any players from the WC then we would announce it once they can start training, so there would still be a wait for that while we let them have a holiday. Plus there is clearly a tightening of the purse strings at the club which needs to be done so the days of us splashing out fortunes on players are gone. But for the right player i am sure we would pay up. There is still the possibility of us signing someone like Aguero or Ozil and it looks like are trying to sign Neymar also.. Too early to be worrying, and besides we do have a good squad and some very good youngsters. I am happy for us limit our trnasfers in if it means bringing these players through because they can be as good as any signing we would make.

Eventually i am sure they will be banned across the country. If for no other reason than the health and safety nuts with view it as something that can be used as a weapon...... Hope they are banned, ruined the atmosphere in South Africa, the PL has great atmosphere and the last thing we want is to be constantly hearing that giant swarm of bees everytime we watch a game.

Blimey the media have some excellent injury knowledge, they can tell how long a player will be out even before a scan and without knowing how the injury happened. I don't think it's serious and it didn't look like Cech was too worried about, pre season the club is extra cautious with injuries.
