i feel it is very risky to play either mata/hazard on left. in the last match they never tracked back and iva had absolutely no cover and was badly over run. but iva being iva just did enough not to concede. i dont think cole would fare better. so either our double pivot will have to control the match more or it simply wont be good for us.

he will be back one day and i will wait for him...

wen is marin coming back? anyways if he is unfit for this one too then i think rdm will play danny bert oscar hazard for this match.

i am shocked to see that bertrand got just 2 votes for motm and just 1 apart from me. i thought the guy was great, covering cole, showing some of his tricks up front and brilliant workrate. hazard was phenomenol but his effect waned wen he tried to do just too much towards the end and mid of 1st half.

luiz can be our man to take the ball out but somehow i get the feeling that terry as a fellow defender does not really trust luiz (very understandable) and constraints him a lot(again, understandable). but we ll have to risk something to not losing the ball 90% from goalkicks and cech's throws.

no u r not. i am 20 i do so too. its just the way barca play that has changed a lot of opinions.

it was not really cech's mistake. he tried to play short but we kept losing the ball as was evident even with cech's stupid throw. we simply lacked a plan with goal kicks in 2nd half when wigan absolutely pressed us. after that u cant blame cech for being safe.

for me hazard was the man of the match and bertrand was especially immense. loved the way he and cole linked up. could be something.

first of all, THIS SEASON is just a match old. secondly, ivanovic seemed injured. thirdly, iva had absolutely no cover. on our left bertrand and cole combined beautifully to take the responsibility of attacking n defending but on our right there were numerous times wen iva had to go 2 on 1 until lamps came to his help.

a really good performance from the new big man... went past carragher like he was a mannequin.

agree with u but he is our 3rd right back. i think 3rd choice rb should be a youngster as he can play in those domestic cups plus paulo's being the 3rd choice proves that even though he might have the experience he is simply not good enough now. moreover consider a scenario - chelsea in cl final with iva banned and cesar(probably) injured. i still think we would go with bert rather than paulo which makes effectively makes him a no-choice in big match situation and only a very big maybe in league but some1 who will play those domestic ties. anyway we can way off topic now. still feel hutch could have stayed but just hope he gets good and regular first team appearances and proves himself.
