  1. i want a striker who takes his chances and creates his own too or atleast some1 who doesnt just rely on the "service" he is getting but also gets things done himself. on a lighter note - Mark Clattenberg reported by Chelsea for 'Inappropriate Language' Apparently he called Torres a striker.
  2. the only thing that is keeping me interested in it is that mata is involved, otherwise i dont think it would have been anything.
  3. its true wat every1 seems to be sayin. they ll want us to shut up, result and refreeing decisions to go our way.
  4. he HAS to go. since yesterday every chelsea fan here (in my college) has vocally come out to support, even those who would not want to because we are normally outnumbered 5 to 1 by any other big club (barca, rm, arsenal, pool , cheators etc.). but still no one wants to get behind nando (and half of the chelsea supporters here are because of nando). he simply does not give the feel and vibe of a chelsea player and the sooner we realize this, the better. its best for both (nando and chelsea) if we accept that his stint here is a failure and it would be in the best interest of both the parties if we sell him in jan.
  5. http://www.sabotagetimes.com/football-sport/a-worrying-investigation-into-the-relationship-between-manchester-united-referees/ http://www.sabotagetimes.com/football-sport/chelsea-fans-heres-the-evidence-of-the-manchester-united-referee-conspiracy/ read it please guys.
  6. only 12th? well they play with 14. 12th will be all over the pitch. 13 and 14 will be flagging us offisides while their strikers will be standing behind the goalie waiting for the ball.
  7. iva's defending has dipped a little this season but so has the cover for him. mata , hazard dont track back leaving both our wingers very exposed on numerous occasion. like yesterday's first goal in which cole n iva were both ahead (seems to be the plan that they should provide the width). so its not all brana's fault. when he is given a proper cover like in the arsenal match, he put in a brilliant shift.
  8. their 2nd team is not something to be scorned upon. they ll probably line up this way lindegaard rafael vermijl rio buttner nani powell scholes/cleverly young welbeck hernandez its more than just formidable.
  9. cech azpi gary luiz ryan romeu rambo MAZACAR sturridge
  10. bloody deja vu. 9 men, pool home defeat and then carling cup defeat. hope it does not happen the same this time around.
  11. i just wish some1 had said "its a disgrace, its a fucking DISGRACE".... i am bloody literally seething.
  12. PLEASE dont because most of your argument centers around torres being taller than sturridge and also the presumption that sturridge has no experience of playing as the lone CF so he should not be playing as one against united. torres is over and past his best and simply cant give us more than what sturridge can. if i remember correctly sturridge set up hazard with one of his first touches in the shakhtar game. against reading when we were 2-1 down sturridge came in and made us look far more dangerous than we had been in the previous 70 minutes. with torres we know what we are gonna get and its not going to be good enough. its going to be an open match with both countering (somethin like last season OT) and in the end how well we take those chances is goin to determine the result and with torres we know that all we would get are stupid one on one misses, ball loosing and then just one moment of magic when he ll cut 2 or 3 defenders to give us that hope that "torres is back" and then go back to his old routine. so as i see it, we can stick with torres and cry over his missed chances at the end of the match or go with sturridge and give ourselves a true chance.
  13. sturridge's unknown form is a better gamble than torres' known "form"(if that is what u ll call it).
  14. then we know the result. so lets hope this is not the case.
  15. chill dude. got your point (but it was your fault to be drawn into an argument with torres fans, we all know how that goes).
  16. first of all this "ONE" factor is not really factor. secondly i dont have enough time to list out all the points in sturridge's favour. next i think we should buy crouch for 50mil because well he is the tallest of them all. height is the most important thing n that is the only reason for drogba to be a legend, right?
  17. wow... new and the most important criteria of footballers these days - HEIGHT. the level of foolishness that torres fans go thru is commendable.
  18. tbh i dont expect us to get any points out of this match but united keepong a clean sheet is a joke. i expect a goalfest with united clinching it simply because they ll be more clinical (1000 times more clinical). something like the OT match.
  19. this is the best comment i ve read on talk chelsea.
  20. toughest epl match. they know their defense is not working so they r playin the attacking game. their strikers are infinitely more clinical than our zombie. in the tottenham match we were at sixes and sevens whenever the ball was played into our D and that is what united strive on. for me its going to be a very similar game to the one at OT last season. open game with loads and loads of chances and the finishing and clinicality of the teams winning the match. so for me united have a big upper hand in this game.
  21. he is over. how is it that some1 who was so awesome just 3-4 years ago has become this blue clad zombie has made people come up with theories and the best one is that he has lost his "confidence". as far i see it, he has got nothin special to give to us which sturridge and lukaku cant.
