  1. we are 1-0 up at HT away to swansea, u expect us to go and attack the pool way? the "gameplan" will still be to get a goal, defend the lead and hit on the counter. this season, we failed to kill off games and sometimes it cost us, next season we might score plenty cos of greatly better strikers, but the strat will still be the same!!!
  2. jose is STILL building a team. building our IDENTITY... we dont have one like barca, RM or saf's united. jose WILL NOT change the way he so clearly wants us to play cos we are buying fabregas. jose dint simply just go and get goals. that is a very wrong way of putting how awesome RM were that season. they let in a total of 32 goals while scoring 121. its not like they let in 50 goals. jose's teams are based on solid defences and a solid base, RM had that, for that season. plus this is PL. jose is not naive as wenger or rodgers to try and outscore teams. it simply is not his way.
  3. what people are neglecting to see is that we are not as good in defence as we are being made out to. its our style of play that has provided immense protection to the defence. even with costa in, we will not be a team that will be banging in 3 goals per game. our gameplan would stilll be a 1-0/2-0 proper jose win. and for that, fabregas simply does not fit the profile. as u said, their is a sense of vulnerability around him!!!
  4. NOW WE ARE ROLLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COME ON CHELSEA!!!!!!!!!!
  5. poor guys. seriously getting ripped apart. costa, villa, koke, tiago, miranda, luis, courtois!!!! what a shame!!!
  6. lampard has played 47879 minutes. this is the most by an outfield player in the PL history. LEGEND.
  7. i think he meant that people are willing to slate and critisize jose on the smallest of nonsensical things (like his "childish PCs) and yet when it comes to discussing him and the board in the thread made for that purpose, "those" guys dont have anything worthy enough to say in this thread since all they say is shit without any real evidence.
  8. NOW?? i ve been doing that for a couple of years now. infact after the club world cup final, i simply left all hope of him ever playing good for us!!!
  9. my bad.He just gets on my nerves though!!!
  10. even kakuta had a lot of POTENTIAL... lets try him. what you think? also kdb's potential? i would rather give mvg a real shot!!!
  11. liverpool wint be looking to be PL champions next season. realistically they should be looking to consolidate, keep top 4 and give some CL experience to a very young squad and players like coutinho/sterling/sturridge/henderson blah blah blah... city has a massive chink in their armor. without YAYA they have been found wanting. wont be suprised if they bring in a new CM and porto's fernando is already being tipped to be the guy!!! but their is a difference between city's dependance on yaya and our dependance on matic. with CM options of matic-cesc, rambo-mvg and chalobah our dependance on matic comes from our options whereas city's dependance on yaya comes from his class and awesomeness!!! the more i think about this objectively, the more it seems unlikely!!!
  12. @specialjuan... u wanna deal with this BUM or should i? kdb as a replacement for fabregas/pogba/vidal/koke/witsel...
  13. just got a thought, what if matic gets injured for december-jan (the busiest of the months probably). a pivot of fabregas-rambo? fabregas-mvg? rambo-mvg? if we buy cesc, our system will solely be reliant on matic's fitness and form cos fabregas-rambo pivot looks worse than lamps-rambo and we all know how that turned out.
  14. comparing fiberglass as a DLP to modric as a DLP is a slap on modric's face!!!
  15. even after i PROVED it. your account, your name, your post!!! just cant find where we had the argument over this thing. still remember it was after the norwich game where the report that jose went ballistic on salah and matic had come out with him also saying that oscar has not been upto the mark in the 2nd half of the season and hazard should start sacrificing for the team in a PC after a couple of days. thats when i got to see those golden words from u!!! ENJOY!!!
  16. http://forum.talkchelsea.net/topic/14112-11-oscar/?p=898987 and there is a lot more where this came from!!!
  17. probably the only thing that would make sense. 2 man mid with fiberglass is suicide.
  18. ^THIS!!! how is it that no one is still questioning his other side of the work!!!
  19. atlast some good news!!!
  20. believe me when I say this, this post is not just another "I hate cesc" post but a genuine one. Barca were playing quite well until messi came back. Cunt was an integral part of that playing in the false 9 position. But since messi came back and he had to be dropped back to midfield, fabregas was POOR. the same problems of teams defending deep was encountered by barca and they had failed despite having technically superior players and plays. I remember a game against granda(I think where barca lost 1-0 without creating a decent chance), a match against sociedad where their mid was hopelessly over run, the 2nd last match of the season where they could not break down elche. And this happened quite a lot of times this season (I think even vallodolid, and espanyol though they won that derby on a messi pen). Infact I would be very interested in seeing how many matches we went without scoring and how many barca went without scoring. I just think people are as usual over exaggerating the qualities of a transfer target. edit - barca went without scoring a goal 6 times in the league. chelsea went 8 times but that 8 had 2 matches against arsenal (away) and united(away) where we were set up to get a 0-0. the rest were everton (etoo's dreadful miss), newcastle (piss poor performance from everyone), whu (39 shots??? a decent striker and we would have walked the game), villa and palace (2 games where u can actually say we lacked a DLP), norwich (number of half chances missed). so just by having a striker we could have averted 3/4 of those defeats/draws!!!
  21. Atleast I don't think our manager has an agenda behind his every move. Oscar, hazard still here. How is that working out for u?? They were going to be sold, right?
  22. If jose comes out and says that cesc is the man for us, I will join the bandwagon of supporting him (feel like puking even writing about it) cos he will be a chelsea player. I did that with torres till the club world cup final after which I just lost all hope. But right now, there is NOTHING concrete. Not one thing. The cunt is in London for shooting an ad (that's what I heard) but that is turned into a transer circus. So unless there is anything concrete, I will not believe this. These were the same sources that had signed falcai/cavani/hulk for us last season.
  23. Precisely. You can't compare his role at arsenal with this one as the systems are very very different. People are looking at it in a very 1-D way thinking solely about the attacking part and he does fit the bill there, but I really doubt he ia good enough defensively. The workrate, the organization, these are not things u associate with this guy. The next part is his DNA. Its arsenal, its barca buts its definitely not chelsea. He is anything but BLUE!!!! PS- I am angry. If there is one player in the world that I would NEVER have wanted to see in chelsea blue, it was this cunt! I am still not buying into us being interested in him. It simply can't be. I am just gonna stay away from this thread for a while.
  24. do even u believe that our second pivot player wont have to do the dirty work!!! its like saying modric does not do the dirty work, only alonso does that in RM. this is not arsenal. jose will make sure of that!!! from him the defense of the team has always come first. a solid system is the basic ground work of his successes. the cunt wont be the "playmaker" in the team. heck, even oscar is not the play maker and does a lot of dirtywork.
  25. he can play the deeper role??? he was average in the 3 man barca mid. his best position was behind the striker or the false 9. think about playing in a 2 man pivot and doing the dirty work.
