I wrote in my match report that RLC didn't look out of place amongst a championship-winning squad today. Impressed by the fact he didn't try too hard, which is the easy option for many young kids who want to impress. I'm delighted by his 60 minutes.

What idiots don't understand about Sturridge is that we didn't let him go, we HAD to let him go. He wasn't going to be our striker which he wanted and his contract was up. So he was going to leave on a free at the end of the season. And, to actually get 12M for him was amazing. If anything they should be praised for getting 12M for a dude who barely played in the first half of the season and whose contract was up in 6 months.
