He might be a high earning footballer but most of all we are human. You, me and Fernando. Act like one and stop showing us your bitter self.

To be fair, Wilshere is 170cm tall, Josh is 178cm. Might be a visual effect.

I'm sorry but that's a bit ignorant. Having a currency is a luxury for many small countries, because our market is not so appealing for the big investors to start building their business here around our former currency. Having Euros opens more opportunities for us, starting from not having to exchange money into different valuta every time you go abroad or such. Of course I still hold a big sentimental value over Estonian Kroon but that's that. Countries nearing bankruptsy have majority themselves to blame - high wages for everyone, unrealistic budgets, simply spending more than they can afford and trying to fatten up from European Union different funds. Simply bad money management. Though agree with your Cyprus related post - it might be for the good.

In the end of the day everyone can't be highly educated. We need simple workers also. Though, if everyone went down the easy road and dropped out of school where would the world be with only entrepreneurs and without scientists, teachers, doctors, engineers etc? PS. I hope your business will flourish and you'll live the life of your dreams, mate!

Of course there was no Wall Street back then but they did have markets. Merchants were the richest people back then. Regarding bloodlines - every emperor wanted to be the son of Zeus, brother of Hercules. No need to read much into rumors. You can look at life from 3 aspects - money, connections and education. If you've got two, you will get the third. Let's stay in the modern times, though, that's what matters for us. And I'm sure today's society isn't run on demons and any other mythical creature you can bring up. All in all agree - it isn't as simple as I might have expressed myself.

I'll tell you how Rockefellars and Rothschilds got their money - banking. They manipulated with stocks and owned the market. They had vast connections and got to know about news earlier than kings at the time. For example they knew how the wars would end before anyone else so they put the winner's shares up on the market which resulted in others also selling their shares - they bought them cheap and made cosmic profits. That's how simple it is, money rules this world. This is only one example.
-
They are just mega rich people with great power and vast connections ruling over the world without us knowing exactly how - and they plan to keep it that way. It's completely economical, leave Satans and other mambojambo out of this.

What the hell? Think you misunderstood the meaning of Illuminati. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=illuminati
-
Talking about Illuminati - ever heard of the Rothschild's or Rockefeller's dynasties? Read about them a little bit and about their business, fortunes and you will be amazed. Certainly you will start to believe that the concept of it is real. These are the families that single-handedly finance wars, make countries (Israel) and influence the economy. Even the superpowers of this world bow down to something greater than themselves.

That reverse back pec machine is hell of a good thing, so good that first time I almost pulled my back haha. I'm thinking of trying to do deadlifts, starting slowly to get used to it, today i messed around with it. It would give strong forearms, traps, arms, but most of all lower back and hamstrings. Very thorough routine, don't over do it mate. I think I can't suggest anything you already wouldn't know so keep up the good work. When the snow melts here - ironically it is spring but it's -5 degrees outside atm with as low as -20 at nighttime- I'm going to start playing footie also. Couldn't be arsed playing futsal or indoors football as im no Ronaldinho nor do I like to sweat indoors.

Ok mate, one second I thought the next time I will hear about you is from news. ''Bench press prodigy unveiled in UK'' I will try your theory out next week, cheers.
-
Exactly and even anabolic steroids will require you to work as hard in the gym with consistancy. Like @dumps said, there is no magic cure for putting on muscle/loosing fat, only hard work and determination will take you far in life.
-
You're 5ft7 and weigh like 70 kgs and you press that? Thats very decent mate, whats your max 1x rep? I used ropes as handles for tricep pull downs, it felt way harder and more isolated than with iron handle. I guess it's because you need to stabilize it more and hold a firmer grip around the rope.
-
Back from the gym, chest & tricep day: Warm up: 2min on ergometer/push ups to get some blood circulating. Bench press: 1x10 50kg; 1x10 80kg; 2x 6-8 90kg Incline bench press: 4x8-10 60kg Body weight dips: 4x12 Cable tricep pulldowns: 3x10 50kgs Machine chest flies aka bitch flies: 4x 10 50kgs with 4x8 diamond pushups as superset Tried the smith machines bench press, put on the max 120kgs and it was piss easy, felt like 70kgs barbell bench press. Conclusion: stay away from machines unless you do isolation exercises. Plus it has very limited option to choose your grip's width so I felt that my triceps did most of the work rather than pectorial muscles. Best of luck!

There is enough furore around Lampard and his future in Chelsea. Maybe focus it on - like you suggested - on Mata/Hazard and as @Hutcho said - a mention of TC would make it easier for us to distinguish it.

Even in the World Wars there were handful of people (like 5%) who did the majority of the killing, the maniacs who don't get nightmares after killing a person, they were the supreme killers, pride of the army. Majority of the men who actually had a chance to shoot at the enemy pulled the trigger when it was their life vs his. So what makes you guys think that even 20mil can make you take someone's life so egoistically? I find it hard to believe, be it in theory or not. Answer 1: No, I won't kill someone for money. Answer 2: All depends. If it is a war scenario and we'd need someone to go on a recon mission, then I'm sure there would be volunteers, I'd volunteer. Because you'll most probably die anyway and rather with pride than in your own feces in your own dug trench.
-
The last part only applies to a handful of countries such as India, China, Russia etc. Many countries have negative born/death ratio so it would just speed up the extinction of the whole nation.

I'm the yellow (read:blue) submarine - sinking and sinking. I'm positive, though, that I'll stay up. That's right @ - you're going down.

A very cool thing to do, respect to Messi. Got his priorities right.

Well it is obvious that the tensions in the Middle East are growing and I wouldn't be surprised if our children will learn not only about WW I and WW II but also WW III. As long as Iran keeps threatening other nations - don't care if they have a nuclear weapon or not - they will not get away with mocking USA and Israel plus contradicting themselves constantly to other nations. If they do have/get a nuclear weapon then I'm 100% sure not only USA and NATO will take warfare measures against them but also Russia, China. Iran is a little toddler compared to the big nations in this world, they will be taken over in one assault, other thing is if they can keep the peace as Middle East is religiously driven region, the latter making people do stupid things.

Didn't mean it in a bad way. More of saying that in theory it is easier than it is in practice. You are on the right track and from what I've read you've got your head on your shoulders - humble and ready to change your life for better. Good luck and stay positive. Quitting drinking, alcohol etc is a big step, many don't know that alcohol is really is depressant itself. Keep us posted.
-
In theory it is pretty straight forward - look at yourself and see what you are unhappy about - try to change that step by step. Also do give something back to the community you can do some volunteer work (in hospital, animal shelters etc) or simply start to regularly donate blood - gives you stimulus to stay healthy and constant thought that you've done something that WILL save someone's life. Start to train, see old friends etc. Plus 24 is just a beginning of something great - remember that.

You are missing the point. I dont give a shit if kids get to drive, I just see how immature all this is - only aim is to get to a party without being embarrassed and to get 'hammered'. Who the fuck is going to drive your car back? Yourself? I know you are going to say sober driver but how many of them are sober in a teenage party where priority number uno is trying alcohol? That aside, how many of the sober people have licences and how many of them are there on foot and willing do drive you home and walk from your place? Odds are very slim and on the basis of that you'd most probably drive it back yourself. Fingers crossed one does not cause an accident and if he does, I hope innocent people don't get hurt, as for the drunk driver - karma. Statistics might get better but it's due to the fact that recession just past us, people couldnt afford to buy a luxury product for their children. Let's see that research in 10 years time. Plus it takes one ignorant prick to ruin your life and your families life. You can argue that there are drunk drivers from every age group - you're right. But if I had to choose drunk adult with many years of PROPER driving experience vs drunk teen still wondering if his voice will stay as high pitched forever - easy choice in extreme circumstances.

That's right, in England you have loads of world class trainers/experts with impressive backgrounds, let alone past experience of working with CFC superstars. At the moment, the most interesting way to go is sport's medicine. I guess it comes - just like for you? - due to doing different sports and exercises and it has become not an obsession but more of a topic where you have dedicated yourself more into. Only thing I can remember from blood tests is that my hgb level was 166-171 g/L. I guess it's ok as I've not been able to do regular cardio for months now. In the summer will definitely try out the HIIT stuff you posted - I have even located a steep hill where you can run up and down. Never actually wore a CO2 mask, need to book a load-test ( don't know how to say it in English) to check those rates, body fat, heart alongside the usual height/weight mambojambo. I checked the CV of Chelsea's head doctor. Fucking hell, it is mighty impressive. http://www.chelseafc.com/chelsea-article/article/2393769/title/paco-biosca----medical-director

What do you study? I like how practical and interesting your lessons are. I just started biochemistry course and it will last for 1,5 years, super eager to learn more about different substances etc. In the first lecture, the lecturer told us that women breathe out gasoline - hinting at the long carbonhydrogen chains. Other than that, the most practical thing we've done is different lab experiments and first aid. Soon we get to go practice in a hospital for 6h.
