  1. very very impressed with Sessegnon today. I have always liked him and he looks like a very talented attacking player. He did particularly well today and i think you deserved more from today
  2. Sorry to sound so negative but we were incredibly lucky to come away with 3 points today. Against an Arsenal or Man City or Man U we could have lost that 4 or 5-1! They had so many easy chances which they should have converted and in all honesty we did not create a massive amount. However, we were lucky, you get that sometimes in football and we can move on. There were plenty of positives from the game too. Essien looked very good when he came on, Ramires is just getting better and better and it seems like only evil forces are stopping Torres from scoring. If that had gone in then goal of the season may have already been given to Nando on a silver plate. He was very good and it was only poor service that stopped him from scoring. Other results went in our favour, (the annual Spurs bottle job might be coming early this year? ) Gary Cahill was in the stands too and the Alex saga looks to be coming to an end. Overall it has been a good day for us
  3. every fucking day they show that Helguson penalty against us on Sky Sports News
  4. Rooney in team of the year? What a joke!
  5. Well I suppose it would get boring if Heskey won it every year...
  6. Hope we get MK Dons. I don't like watching our team play in a stadium that looks like a shoebox. Plus MK Dons have a bigger, better ground so we will a higher allocation
  7. Ramires and David Luiz were both outstanding today. Malouda was terrible
  8. Some nutter in Westfield shopping centre ramming a pushchair into a woman's legs over and over again for no reason
  9. 1. People who sit in the Shed or Matthew Harding Lower in complete silence and then stare at you when you make some noise 2. People who leave in like the 75th minute or whenever we start losing 3. Idiots in the concourses who stand in front of the entrance gates to the seating area 4. The sticky floor in the Shed Upper 5. Having to sit near a bunch of miserable fucks every game 6. The DJ at Stamford Bridge who plays the same songs every half time 7. The stupid rules implemented by UEFA for Champions League matches where only Heineken can be served and white seats which spell out 'adidas' are covered by blue sellotape because it is advertising a non-UEFA partner 8. People who are never satisfied regardless of the result 9. The claustrophobic- 18th century like East stand 10. Liquidator having to be interrupted for the Barclays Premier League song thingy 11. Tube trains not being frequent enough 12. People who seem more intent on trying to record everything instead of watch the match 13. The little kids who make annoying noises 14. People only joining in around the 7 mark on 10 men went to mow 15. Away fans having the Shed End 16. Being told to sit down 17. The person who sits next to me who spits on the floor every 10 or so minutes and creates a massive puddle by the end of the game 18. People who sit there on their phones 19. Away fans giving it large 20. Miserable stewards
  10. If we can beat them at the start of the season with pretty much our reserves and them being 1 week ahead of us in match fitness then we should beat them this time too
  11. were are you sitting? I'm in area H Row I
  12. must be getting desperate if you are using articles from the sun to back up your argument. It publishes stuff like this:
  13. fair play to Mick McCarthy. Most managers would have gone ballistic in the post match interview over Lampard's tackle and blame a defeat solely on it but he was honest and said he didn't see it. He also helped my Auntie to put some compost into her car at Homebase once
  14. I have a good idea. How about we play this guy or at least put him on the bench! he has been doing well for the reserves and was very encouraging against Norwich on his debut, with Juan Mata stealing the headlines by scoring on his debut. He is obviously not that bad if he has an almost 50% scoring record for Anderlecht. Of course the Belgian league is not the Premier League but for an 18 year old (16 and 17 for some of his Anderlecht career too) that is pretty amazing.
  15. was really pleased for him to be on the bench yesterday. He is obviously making very good progress. Hopefully that was the start of an amazing comeback
  16. I think it we will either play out a scrappy 1-1 draw or get beaten convincingly 2-0 or 3-0. This team does not have any 'confidence' because they have been arrogant going into games against the likes of Wigan, expecting to win 3-0 or 4-0 only to be given a nasty surprise. They don't deserve to get beaten because most of the team wouldn't care anyway, it would be the fans who would be most hurt by another defeat.
  17. I will never criticise the team if we lose and they have all given 100%. What pees me off is when they don't care, lose a game against a side we should really be comfortably winning and then walk off the pitch with a smug look on their face knowing that a big fat pay cheque will still be coming their way. I'm going to Wolves tomorrow and have paid around £45-50 of my own money for the trip which is quite a lot for a 15 year old who does a weekly paper round. If the players again play like they don't care then I will be absolutely distraught because it is unfair that people travel all that way to get behind the team yet they still don't give a fuck.
  18. This guy won't come cheap. We should have got him when he was at Getafe and we would have had a bargain. The Valencia President said they would not consider anything less than around £35m or something as well
  19. He apparently had a poor attitude in training
