WHS Inside Source - 2 Players Leaving in January
Tomo replied to We Hate Scouse's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
He should play in defensive midfield -
Manchester United lost 1-0 at home to West Ham, it was their second home defeat in a row. Their 3rd home defeat out of 5. 3rd defeat in a row. Lost 5 of the previous 7. Most striking off all however is it left them languasing in NINTH PLACE in the league. Fergie turned it around and finished 3rd and the next season won the league. Moral of the story, judge AVB after 2/3 season's not 4 months.

He will probally end up scoring if he plays tommorow, yes most may be tap in's but Hernandez is a shite footballer who "only score's tap ins" but we don't see United fans moaning.
-
Funnily enough before last week he only lost once. Lost here for Newcastle a lot and for Blackburn (despite scoring twice). Liverpool in 06/07 also.
-
Sometimes players don't just suit clubs and it looks like it's the case with us and Nando. Damien Duff for example, amazing with Chelsea and Rovers, beyond shite at Newcastle signed for Fulham and it was like his Chelsea and Rovers days all over again.

Why did we ban those Scousers that came onto this forum? I love arguing with Scousers it's so funny i do it on youtube all the time, i know i should not really sink to their level but i just can't help it
-
We need to be realistic the chances of him turning down Barca if they come back calling are practically nil. Lets put ourself's in his situation, we are Chelsea youth players, can't get a game for Chelsea so go off to Milan for a couple of years then Chelsea want you back, the emotinol attactment would be too much.

I need you on my facebook when i get the Luiz haters writing shit on my page

It's a 38 game season and over 38 games it will show we are a better side, just like last season. They may have beaten Arsenal and Chelsea but last season Wolves beat all the top 6 bar Arsenal but only stayed up on goal's scored. Liverpool's problem is they will drop too many points against the "lesser sides", that has showed already this season and for all our fault's 9 times out of 10 we "sweep up" in those games and that is the difference.
-
Just what i thought but hey with Mikel and Kalou not on the pitch a 3rd choice scapegoat was needed.
-
While we are on the topic of Villa players am i the only one who thinks Albrighton would be a decent buy for the right price? Watching Villa last season he was comfatably outperforming Young and Downing.
-
I think Liverpool are just turning into what Charlton were to us 10 or so years ago. A shite side that just seems to beat us for some reason. 2 wins don't change that, they ain't that good and won't finish anywhere near us in the league.

Im probally going to get pasted for this but i think we seriously need to consider cutting our loses this January, if we can somehow get a club to spend £20m for him then ill be delighted. I have backed him for a long time and was overjoyed when it looked like he was back with his 4 in 3 games but since then he has just hit a new low and i cannot see where his next goal is coming from. I think it's time to accept Chelsea and Torres is just a pure match made in hell. Atleast last season we can say he lacked service in a way, this season Mata and Meireles has come in and after a mini promising start he is just as bad as last season now. I agree with BL that we got screwed over, thankfully Liverpool got screwed over that money twice as bad with a championship drunk, imagine if they spent it on Aguero.
-
Big difference between AVB and Scolari so far is we are atleast creating chances and winning against the "lesser sides". Under Scolari Wolves would have parked the bus and picked up the easiest 0-0 draw of their lives. Ill start panicking properly when "lesser sides" start picking up easy points against us like they did in the second half off the Scolari reign. These are our fixtures after the City game. Wigan (A) Tottenham (A) Fulham (H) Villa (H) Wolves (A) Sunderland (H) Norwich (A) Swansea (A) Ignoring the Spurs game, this is the set of fixture's we should be making a winning run and climbing back up the table, if we can get a result at WHL then even better.
-
We need to go back to Jose style signing's, players who have won nothing or very little and are hungry and have everything to prove.
-
any senior players that get too big for their boots and start thinking their bigger than the club should be shown the door immediatly.
-
Just been thiking that shit always kick's off in our backline whenever we move Ivanovic to the centre away from the right. Don't get me wrong he is not bad in the centre but not only does the defence tighten up when he is on the right, nothing goes through him he might aswell have a sign on his head to the winger's saying no way through here do one. 09/10 we were all over the place at the back until Ivan was the permanent RB, we had a solid start to 10/11 until Ivan moved over and whisper it quietly we are starting to look more solid in games he is RB. Plus he is brilliant going forward imo always has been, cross for Lamps goal against Rovers and assist for Kalou in the san siro for reference to that.
-
Bit harsh, Alex was the one all over the place tonight. If it weren't for Turnbull being the goallie i would say that is a mirror imagine of the goal he scored a week earlier
-
If the records he broke at Porto were so easy then please explain to me why no one else including Jose Mourinho and Sir Bobby Robson never broke them previously?
-
Sounds good on paper, but very risky to expierement with this much pressure on us.
-
He's made a few mistakes granted but are we honestly in a worse position than last year? last year we looked finished atleast this time we have young players the likes of Mata, Danny, Luiz and co around. All sacking him will do is give the oldies another chance, and while Hiddink coming back will probally give us the short term invincibility factor it did last time, we will end up in even bigger shit couple of years down the line when Malouda and co will be given "another chance" after yet again shining under Hiddink. We can't keep sacking gaffers especially without letting them chop the deadwood and bringing in his own players first, if AVB is still struggling after that then question him but for now we need to stand by him IMHO.
-
AVB sacked = well fed "superstars" gettng another chance. Well fed "superstars" fucking off = space free'd up for AVB to buy players that suit him in. back to the topic this HAS to be the lineup. -----------------------Cech---------------------- Ivanovic--------Alex--------Terry-------Cole ----------------------Romeu-------------------- -------------Meireles--------Ramires--------- Sturridge----------------------------------Mata -----------------------Drogba------------------- David Luiz needs to be rested, he is vital for the Valencia and City game. Romeu is aswell but we can't risk not playing him for this one, we should never have played him last night. Rest Lamps for Valencia and/or City, playing him for this one makes no sense at-all.
-
A complete overhaul is needed IMHO. We need to get rid of the well fed "superstars" and bring in young, hungry and vibrant players, fuck the slow evolution lets do it all in one go. Malouda, Kalou (i don't think he is as bad as others make out but not needed anymore), Anelka, Drogba (legend but can;t afford any sentiment), Alex (sorry) Bosingwa, Hilario, Torres (bash me but it's clear Chelsea and Torres is a match made in hell), Cole (sorry but clearly on the decline) OUT. De Bruyne, Kakuta (loan return), Hazard, Albrighton, Moutinho Cavani, Van Der Wiel, Courtious (loan return), new left back, Cahill, Bruma (loan return) IN We have stood still for too long it really has to be done if we are to move forward, bring them in, give them a year to integrate into the team and the club (aswell as more youth promotion Josh, Ryan, Conor etc etc, need a true blue core there too) then in 2013-2014 we will be in as good a position as we have ever been.
