If Ivory Coast pull of the unthinkable in 2014, he will without doubt retire on the spot.

One person we have to credit is Emenalo. There was an outroar when he was appointed assistant manager in Wilkins place last season and there was good reason considering his only previous experience was with a under 12 girl's team and opinion was not changed during the season and tbf he did look a bit disinterested in the dugout. But the work he has done and the players he has brought in since his move to DOF have been outstanding, there was eyebrows raised when he got that role and there would have sure been no tears if he left last summer, but he is now fully established as a vital member of the staff at Chelsea and has been absolutely outstanding at his job. I was quick to criticize him under Carlo's 2nd season when i thought he wasn't offering much from the dugout so it's only fair i praise him to the hill's now, he has been a revelation as DOF and im starting to feel bad for wanting him straight out of the door as soon as Carlo was sacked actually i feel terrible for it.

Doesn't the cup end near enough the same time we get to the halfway point of the season, putting that into consideration it makes sense for the people who make this game to create an option of 2 cup competition's in the same season.

Hart is the least of England's worry's right now.

He (Sagna) is class but has suffered 2 bad injuries in the last year so won't be surprised if he is a shadow of his former self when he returns. Don't want another Essien situation, atleast Essien actually played for us at his peak. As for Walcott

Can't see them improving at-all, giving mid table miracle men a job with big expectation's have ended in tears for as long as i can remember plus Rodgers has previous. Took on a job with not so big expectation's Watford and done a decent job then got appointed Reading manager which for Championship standards is a massive job and got sacked when they were in the relegation zone and with 1 home win in 6 months. I have family near Reading and see a fair few Reading games and under Brendan they were horrendus. Brendan is a nice guy but i can only see a repeat of the Roy calamity at Liverpool next season, would surprise me if he last's the season.

Sadly i think QPR will improve next season, Mark Hughes is a proven premier league boss and the owner will back them. In role's reversal Norwich and Swansea will struggle badly i think, they have both lost their manager and probably key players too, i will be stunned if they are not both fighting relegation. Southampton and Reading i think one will do a Swansea and the other will struggle, West Ham will stay up because Big Sam has vast experience in that department, so the Hammers are fine. Every year i say Wigan will go down but they always defy the odds, will they do it again? West Brom could be in danger now Roy has left them, Roy is good at making average teams punch above their weight. Stoke, Sunderland, Fulham and Everton will all be fine. Liverpool i think will struggle, mid table miracle workers don't do well at big jobs there is so much pressure, you would think they would have learned from Roy's nightmare up there and not made a similar appointment, wouldn't you? Relegation is between West Brom, Wigan, Southampton, Reading, Norwich and Swansea i think. City and United will be top 2 again, our aim has to be get back in the top 3 and put our self's in a position to challenge for the 2014 title. Arsenal will make the top 4 they always do, Spuds will probably drop to 5th with Newcastle and Everton just behind them in 6th and 7th, can honestly see Liverpool finishing bottom half, no joke.

I didn't even know that, doesn't surprise me with Big Samuel being there.

If we can get Hulk in aswell as Hazard we will have a frightening amount of option's next season. Mata got 12 goals and 21 assist's with Kalou, Malouda and co around him imagine how well he will do with Hazard and Hulk next to him and what Ramires will do with the more space he gets

There is an error when i have tried to post this in the transfer thread and won't let any one access the page so ill post this on football banter instead. He has just been released from his contract with Bolton. Im wondering with Chelsea fans in general not trusting Hilario and especially Turnbull if Cech gets a long term injury. Baring that in mind would Jussi make sense as a short term number 2 until Courtois finishes his loan deals? He is very experienced in Premier League football, he was one of the best keepers in the league a few years back (in my opinion) and if the worse was to happen and Cech got a long term injury with Courtois away on a season long loan, we are choosing between Hilario and Turnbull, it would be much for comfortable for us if a experienced PL goalkeeper can just come and slot in, no? At 37 he will be nothing more than a stop gap until Thibaut has finished his loan programme so don't see any harm in offering a keeper of his experience and quality 1 year contracts until the Belgium is ready to come and push Cech for number 1.

Tried to do this earlier but their was an error then the thread went missing. Just been released from his contract with Bolton. I personally believe he will be a very astute short term signing.

agree, i can't see them making Talk Chelsea accounts either.

Roy was the wrong choice from the start. This is what happens when you give mid table miracle men a big job, they just don't cope at-all and do extremely silly things, expect the same with Rodgers at Liverpool next season. Roy has just got his reputation back from the Liverpool job at WBA now he is going to dismantle it all again.

Deep down i know but i was trying to convince myself defenders would eventually find him out and Torres will end up better than him But yeah i was very bitter about losing out on Aguero as you can tell
-
All the Hazard bashing by opposition fans is just pure denial trying to convince themself they dodged a bullet. I tried to do the same with Aguero at the start of last season.
-
Arsenal fans haven't actually been that bad compared to Spuds and Scousers.
-
Don't mean to sound like Justin but u lot were all convinced Daglish will get Liverpool challenging again. I saw through all off that shit
-
I feel better for Liverpool's fuck up future than when Dalglish was there. You would have thought they would have learned from the Roy situation, clearly not.
-
I lost 3 of my first 5 games last season, including my first 2 but ended up 2nd.

Im convinced those meltdown pages are some guy making quotes up. Does the same person own all those 3 accounts and scour through Chelsea, Spurs and Liverpool forum's to find quotes like those? I doubt it he has probably made them all up to make us, the Spuddies and Scousers look bad and tbf he isn't doing a bad job at it.

Our website have only just announced the Mata signing.
