I dont care abt them ... For me Courtois deserved the clean sheet and it was frustration to see that goal go in ...
-
THAT WAS FUCKING M-A-G-I-C!!!! Good one, Eden.
-
Grrrrrrrrrrr ... Why did we let in that goal ... Champions performance ... Well drilled out win ... Come on, Chelsea!!!
-
They have gone with pace through out ... that can cause issues for us and put pressure on our wingbacks by keeping us back ... Need to see how we negate their pace.
-
Legend!!! Thats all you can say about him. A True Legend for us!!! Thanks for the memories, Frank.

Do whatever Chelsea ... DONT F***ing LOSS this one!!! Arsenal TV will get it overdrive mode. (Dont want to see those characters enjoying specially the delusion Ty saying I said so) We lost the first one, this is revenge time !!! P.S. If you want to have a gala time, watch Arsenal TV and the interview of Ty from last night ... Blame it on the rains)

Grrrrrr .... Disappointed!!! I know it is a decent point but we let 2 slid off our hands. I dont know if it was me but the team looked out of place ... We were poor in large part of the game ... we should have taken 3 points. Come on, Chels!!!

It will be very difficult to replace someone like Costa and that too mid season ... As someone mentioned he is a rare breed of striker who has pretty much everything (how many strikers currently can hit the goal that Costa did against Stoke) in his bag and plus he is in form. But at the same time, manager should have the last say and no point taking shit from players if they want to act pricey. Costa and Chelsea want each other at this point of time. Costa can be on bench for the rest of the season while Chelsea misses out on an inform strikers. Best solution currently would be to talk things out between Costa and the manager ... If he continues with the same form and positive mindset till the end of the season, club should sell him off if he still wants to leave.

Seriously, mate!!! Just one incident between 2 hotheads and you start questioning the manager!!! All the good work in getting the team together as a unit and getting the best even from the average players goes down in drain. I feel the manager should always have the ultimate say in any matter at the club because he is one who has to take the sack when things are not going right. If the medical team has provided their assessments how would Conte not believe them? Conte is a disciplinarian and wants the team to execute his plan exactly how he set it up. Now just because your best player doest sync with it doesnt make the manager bad. Plus the fact that good players bully the club a lot because they always have another club to go because of the money makes the manager looks helpess. I like the fact that Conte is showing his authority and if Costa wants to throw tantrums then like Conte mentioned "Go to China"!!!! As a fan, I would still want them to sit down and sort their difference because Costa is the lone striker that Conte believes in ... Plus the fact he on his own is a force upfront and on form. Continue the good run here and then if the tensions are there summer transfer is pretty much on the cards.

Hold on to your horses, mate ... Transfer Window only open around the 27th/28th of January ..

Phew!!! So finally Mikel moves out ... not sure if I should be happy or emotional, got really mixed emotions right now specially after reading the letter that he published. Anyways, all the best to his career and hope he does really well for himself in China ... Thanks for everything, Mikel!!!

Bad day for us in the office, our weakness got exposed big time ... Credit to Spurs team who executed their manager's plan to the T and with a coolhead. And hats off to Pochettino who really put in his thinking hat after the last loss to exploit our weakness. Now atleast we got the monkey off our backs ... Lets re-group and apply the lesson learned into the rest of the season. Only criticism for Conte will be that he took way to long to make the right sub ... we should have got Fabergas around the 60th minutes.
-
Exactly ... Would say he better than Pedro and Willian on the right. More importantly he plays for the badge on the sleeve (not comparing with Pedro/Willian), very passionate, winner's mentality and totally committed to the cause. Yes as per rumors he's demanding lot of money but then who isnt these days. I feel he has atleast 2 good seasons under him and if we dont want to promote anyone from within the ranks then he looks as a good bet.

Wishing Oscar all the best for his future endeavors ... thanks for being part of Chelsea and our life through Chelsea ... All the best!!!
-
Not sure if anyone of us noticed it ... but Azpi had his 200th appearance for Chelsea against Sunderland. Amazing player, role model and a gentleman. Hope he keeps doing what he does best for a very long time for us. P.S: I noticed this milestone on MOTD when they were showing the tweets of players ... And his said, what a way to celebrate the 200 app (something on those lines)

United - Arsenal draws, Liverpool drop points, we get 3 points against a difficult team, clean sheet, top of the table ... Overall good weekend!!! So game week 12 is now history, lets hope the same for game week 13 ...

For me, a top player is one who can quickly recover from his/her mistakes during the game itself ... Luiz gets caught in that and continues in a free fall sometimes. Thats my only criticism about him ... the day some one explains him the meaning of Discipline and he integrates it in his game he has the potential to be among the best (one of the reason I'm really impressed by the way Conte is handling him and hope it continues). I dont go into assumption of If this then that ... because there are different dynamics to a team. He could had been a hit or may had been a complete waste ... We dont know. Not trying to prove you or anyone wrong here, I have always believed that Luiz is a complete player without the error side, he is passionate, full of energy, a team player, versatile in his abilities and a must have character in the team. I do appreciate good football and feel that Luiz does have the potential to really move on the top. Really hope that Luiz and Conte work together on the discipline angle to get the best out of him,
-
The ones that struck with me was the Brazil game (finals), couple of United games where he couldnt handle Rafael, Games towards the end of his first stint and there was that famous nutmeg by Suarez which completely destroyed him. These are the ones I remember vividly, wasnt sure I had to provide examples else would have noted it down. Next time I will have proper examples for you P.S. I hope I dont have to come up with these examples ever again for Luiz.

I m not denying that every top players has that brain fart or bad patch but the issue with David's is that those are epic ... Most of these top players more or else recovers within the game itself but Luiz's is unrecoverable at times. Honestly if one goal goes because of him today, U can see the outbreak everywhere (fans and pundits alike) even if we win. We cannot say that ohh we have got a good attack who can make it up for that one mistake, time and again we have seen that when a team parks the bus it becomes very difficult to score no matter what formation you. And more importantly (my thing is) why make a mistake which can cost you. I like Luiz right from the time he has been here but I wouldnt still trust him in my defense (for me his place is in the defensive midfield area) ... However I give full marks to Conte for keeping him in check all this while, I seriously hope and pray it continue the entire time because Luiz is such a complete player without the errors.
-
I m with you ... I'm sure lot of fans feel the same BUT its a big BUT ... that one brain fart and all the good work goes down the drain. Thats one of the reason he comes under so much criticism. If you look at the Everton game during the later stage ... He started moving way ahead into the opponents half and suddenly you're Come back in position, Luiz .. maintain your line!!! I understand it is instincts but if Luiz follows Conte's tactics to the letter, he will surely be talked around in a positive manner (which has started already) ... For me, he has everything you need in a player ... pretty much a complete team player other than then occasionally brain farts.

Magic!!! Pure Magic!!! For me the MOTM are the entire team for executing the Coach's plan to perfection. I hope they keep this attitude because results become secondary when you approach the match with the right attitude and mindset. There is a sense of confidence and determination which was so much missing ... We have always achieved good things when we play with a positive mindset, hoping it continues for us ...
-
Great game ... Was skeptical of the 3 in the back against United but was proved wrong. After every game, the highlights/talking points/blame/credit would mainly be around the likes of Costa, Hazard, Terry/Cahill, Courtois, Matic but in this formation we cannot forget the contribution from the likes of Moses, Azpi, Kante, Pedro ... I believe this is a formation which demands the team to move into offensive mode and defensive mode in sync ... which is what has been the highlight yesterday (and more importantly we are building towards that synchronization) , every man knew his job and executed it to perfection. More happy to see that we beat ... sorry demolish the team which for me was destined to win the title. Still jumping in joy!!!
-
Positives: 3 points, clean sheet, after some time we have a RB playing in RB position and a LB at LB's (referring to a proper game) ... But the concern is still there ... we were shaky at the back and at times were clueless when the opposition went on the attack.
-
Damn!!! Terry out ... Not good for us ... Still we need to drop Cahill even if it means that we need to put in a 17-18yr kid instead ... It is high time Conte makes a statement that no one can take their place for granted.
