Never seems to make the right decision sometimes. Even the 'assist' to Fabregas was an awful decision; what attacker in that position doesn't control the ball and shoot themselves? He is so lucky Fabregas saved the day because the criticism would have been through the roof. He could have played Costa in a few times but he keeps running into dead ends or making bad choices. I like Willian but games like this make me understand why some don't rate him.

You have to consider that getting 150k p/w at PSG would have been a massive pay rise from his Chelsea salary in 2014. Also, I doubt very much he took a pay cut to come back. No player in the prime years of his career will ever take a pay cut when moving clubs; it's more likely that his salary went up.

Yeah, you definitely have to give Christensen time to develop physically. He's not even 21 yet. By 22-23 he could easily add more muscle (but hopefully not so much that it changes his game drastically). And please don't compare him to that clown Stones. He is an absolute fraud and a joke of a player. I've said it in this thread already that Christensen is a better player.

Luiz is very fortunate because that was a potentially career ending 'tackle'. A 4 game ban isn't enough; there needs to be a stronger deterrent. You honestly think Costa would get a normal ban for a similar challenge? He would be banned for several months.

Hell of a struggle for him yesterday and he was clearly being targeted. An upgrade is a must and I think Conte knows by now. That's not to say Alonso won't be a useful squad player for a few years.
