I didn't say Spurs have a better squad. I said they have players better suited to playing the 3-4-3 (largely because of the CM and wingback options). Those are very different statements so let's get that right please.

Kante and Matic dominated and bossed by Wanyama and Dembele. Physically and technically overwhelmed. No matter the partner, Matic is a weak link. He needs to be moved on ASAP.

This is going to sound controversial (may be not) but Spurs are better at this 3-4-3 stuff than we are. And they have more players better suited to it than we do (especially the wingbacks). We've been comfortably outplayed. That's 3 halves of football they have been head and shoulders better than us now.

Have to admit, I never really got the hype with this guy.

We have to start much better than we did in the last game against them. They really dominated us, more so than than any other team has this season. We couldn't get out of our half for about 35 minutes. If we play like that again, especially with the home crowd behind them then we will lose. Need a strong start and to battle because they are going to be very physical.

He's trying to put the narrative out there that Chelsea are an ultra defensive team. He wants the media to pursue this narrative and taint our stellar season with this angle. It must be eating him inside to see what's happening at Chelsea this season and the feel good factor currently around the club. There's been a lot of good press for Conte in recent weeks and this is his pitiful attempt to try and put a stop to that. The man is an absolute c*** of the highest order.

This is a signing I can get behind. Young, talented and has the potential to be world class. A two man midfield with Kante would be godly.

The more YouTube game compilations I watch, the more I believe he would be an awful fit. I genuinely do not see the hype at all. Keep Pedro & Willian until the summer and wait for better options please. I have faith in my guy Emenalo; he's gonna work his magic and come up with something.

James isn't anywhere near as good as those players though. He is several levels below all of those guys.

I think it's very naive to believe that some of the hate Emenalo gets doesn't stem from the fact he's a black man. There are loads of racists who happen to support football clubs. None of the other board members get anywhere near the same level of vitriol aimed at them; some even (Marina for example) supposedly have more authority yet Emeanlo is the whipping boy. I'm not accusing anybody on this forum of racism but I truly believe that plays a part (however big or small it may be) as to why Emenalo is such a hated figure.

Some of it has to do with him being a black man with power. He also helped kick the individual out and fronted up on Chelsea TV when all the other mugs went into hiding. The man is an absolute legend.

De Bruyne is 10x better lol. Even his highlights are slow, the YouTubers should speed it up a little.

It seems that people don't care about suitability and just see the name. Honestly, world cup aside I've never been impressed by James. I would genuinely go another season with Willian + Pedro than buy this guy.
