There were reports about us interested in Matic for at least a month. Di Marzio said its Guarin or Matic for us for some time.

I can understand the people who look at Matic and say "but he's not the DLP we wanted", my favourite CM to partner Ramires was Gundogan and i said it a lot, I wanted this techniquel CM to give us some smart direction in the game. But to be honest im not worried, If Mourinho sees Matic as the right player to this midfield - the one to partner Ramires for the future, im sure he had his thinking. He might sees Matic as someone who could develop to a midfield player like Alonso in Real, thats the way i see it. He might want us to play different than Dortmund/Bayern/Barca.. thats ok too for me. We can play great football with our own system. Its always "as long as we win" for me.

Torres was so awful until he scored.. almost all of his passes went short, when the AM's needed his touch to create some link up play on the break he always got it wrong. That was a special performance even for him. Hazard was fantastic, the other midfielders not so much, great defense.

I dont think he defends well at all, a pretty tackle and an impresive chase on a player now and than, thats about it i think. The Skipper, First, we are five years after his days in Barcelona. He havent contirbuted a lot in attack when he was there, and I also think he never was a beast defensively. I know he doesnt play a DM anymore, but Toure still needs to do his job in defense as a CM. It clearly doesnt work for City right now, their defensive midfield is very soft when defending. Its Pellegrini's fault as well to allow that to Toure, but i do think Toure was playing like that for years. Imo his overall impressive and powerfull play in his CIty career has blinded people to think he's a complete CM, but he doesnt show it.

I think its absolutely true - Toure is a defensive liability for a long time for City. Im saying it forever - Yaya isnt a "complete CM" at all, he plays almost like an AM, he always leave Fernandinho alone dealing with the counter attacks, and thats why CIty are that bad defenfing those counter attacks. He's very lazy and heavy, and moves very slow when defending. There's this popular opinion that Yaya is a beast also in defense like in attack, an engine almost like Essien was, thats one of the biggest lies in football nowdays.

Hi kid, try to understand what you're reading before quoting. Like i said in my first post - i dont have a problem with people who dont like what Israel do this days (i have problems with it myself), its not about that or Anti-Zionism. I think its legit to have your opinion about those sort ot things, same goes to laughing about different religions- it can be funny. But when it comes to holucost denial i wont calm down simply because i know the evidence from very-very close to me. And the x is a WC striker?Both of them+Rooney/Falcao/x will be too much for a one striker system. You don't need that and it will just create problems when at least 1 of them will be very upset. I think you probably say it because Lukaku is still young and a bit raw, but if he stays for next season I think we can't have him as a 3rd striker.. That's a definite January sell cause he'll hate it, and he can do better somewhere else.

I think if Baloteli will somehow come this month Jose already know he want Lukaku to be sold in the summer, and than he'll try to bring Rooney/Costa/X (so we'll have Mario+1 of them). Thats the only reason i can see it happening... though it probably wont.

Havent got Jose's idea of starting with 3 CM's.. we are a team who rely on the link up play between our AM's, and playing with only 2 AM's against a side that playing very deep and defensive is just making it a lot harder and for nothing, because they are a very poor side offensively. Our hugh strikers problem is not that we dont have a WC striker, the problem is that all of our strikers are abysmal finishers. If we had an OK finisher it would actually be fine for the moment.. my point is that yes - its our fault that we havent brought a top striker, but we are also very unlucky that Eto'o and Ba revealed to be that poor infront of goal.

Real won't have all three of Alonso, Gundogan and Modric, I believe. I don't see any point to listen to this regular "X wants to play for Y", that's nonsense until he'll say it himself. As for Alonso, let's see what happens.

After today's PC of Jose, I think it will be Guarin only this month. My prediction for the big targets in the summer are Costa/Rooney/Falcao and Alonso/Gundogan. Then our team will be sensational. but Jose still needs to win the title this season IMO.

He's a MONSTER. Oscar and Mourinho are like the perfect pair, exactly the player Mou loves, and exactly the manager Oscar needed to be a world class player. I liked Oscar since he first came but this season with that badass attitude on the pitch when he does absolute everything, he's becoming my favourite. I cant be more satisfied right now about our trio of him, Willian and Hazard. Fit together so well.

In Porto Moutinho played in the most advanced role (shared with Guarin, something a bit similar to Ballack-Lampard, when Guarin is "Ballack") and both of them never played the way Oscar plays for us. They were both CM's, never CAM's like Oscar who sometimes go deeper. I dont think he played AM the vest majority of his first season, but he did played in a couple of positions. How is it relevant that he isnt a starter for Colombia?
