Bayern were not a team under Pep? i cant agree. He proved to have the ability to make his teams play tremendously well. It didnt work too good in CL until now in Bayern but it could change. I dont know if there is a situation, its Pep last season on contract... whats wrong with waiting to see whats best for him and for the club? i dont see a problem that would change the performances.

You can say that about any team in Europe. Its very hard to win the CL. Right now Bayern are still top 3 in Europe and that gives them a serious chance. With the players they have they can end this season as the best team in Europe.
-
Always amazes me how much quality Bayern have in the squad... crazy amount of top class players to choose from. Vidal, Thiago, Alonso, Muller, Martinez, Gotze, Costa, Robben, Ribery - and thats just their midfield. Best management in Europe by miles imo.
-
No matter how much most of us dont rate him or dont think he's good enough for his quite big role at the club, it doesnt seem like we're getting a new CM so we have him. On his good days, he proved to be influential when we play on counter-attacking.. lets hope he can have good performances.

There's no "updates", a few sources are saying different things, most of them are just wrong obviously. His agent says no deal yet. “The news is not yet true," he told Sky Sports News HQ. "It is correct that Chelsea have made a very attractive offer to Augsburg but the club is yet to accept it. "Of course Baba would like to take this opportunity and challenge.”
-
Di Marzio - Chelsea with a new offer of 20m Euros, Augsburg want 32m. lol @1RobBeasley Child's play for Chelsea. #Babaonboard #CFC

Nothing about that in this article.. http://sportbild.bild.de/bundesliga/vereine/bundesliga/augsburgs-baba-vor-wechsel-zu-chelsea-42019036.sport.html

Said who?
-
1RobBeasley Looks like it's a done deal now! No need to stand by your beds this time.
-
I would suggest waiting for better sources, especially about the fee.
-
ok...i didnt say you're wrong. what im supposed to make of that fact?
-
I didnt know that, but still he made his big break playing LB. He's probably the best LB in the world or at least top 3. I dont know if he's a CM "now", it really depends on Pep and the injurys Bayern are suffering from. With Alonso, Vidal, Thiago and Martinez i hope Pep will let players play in their best positions (Alaba LB, Lahm RB)
-
Its new. Italian newspaper La Repubblica reports it today. Apparently he's upset by not getting picked as the new captain of Lazio.
-
His new biography reveals that Mourinho convinced him to turn down Liverpool and wait for Chelsea’s move a year later. (there were a lot of reports about Livrerpool-Costa before 2013-2014). There is more here: http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/diego-costa-biography-chelsea-strikers-route-to-the-top--from-those-who-shared-his-journey-10425620.html

Alaba? i hope you mean Thiago. Alaba is originally a LB and Pep plays him at CM sometimes. He's good there but not that good.
-
They're being linked with him for a while, its not new, reports were saying he rejected them.
-
Needs to be said that we sold David Luiz for 50m Euros, not pounds. How is it so hard to understand that outside of UK everyone is talking in Euros...
-
Point is that he'll still be 21 and playing next to Smalling/Jones. Imo thats not good enough.
-
United really need an experienced CB, going for Stones in this price, which will probably mean they're not going for an experienced one, would be a terrible move imo. Going after titles in the next 2-3 years with Stones-Jones-Smalling would be awesome, for the other clubs.

BREAKING: Sky Sources: Everton have no intention of selling John Stones & have told Chelsea twice he is not for sale
-
FIrst thing we need to do with those 26m pounds is spending it on two back ups for attacking and central midfield. Annoying as hell.
-
Moutinho could have been perfect, can replace Cesc, can replace Oscar, can replace Willian (then Oscar move to RW). But he did played yesterday for Monaco in CL 3rd round so i guess he cant play for any other club in CL...?
-
Im pretty sure Kenedy cant get a work permit and he'll be loaned out. Also saying Callejon (or any other AM) 'isnt needed' seems strange, we have enough depth in numbers but non of those squad players is a safe bet, actually its pretty obvious that non of them will earn Jose's trust. Maybe Moses.
-
Actually, Ramires barely played in the pivot last season. Whenever he played (mainly in the big games) he didnt really set next to Matic in the pivot, it was still Cesc, Ramires was like a third CM on defense/RW on offense. A very dynamic role. Cesc moved to #10 when Mikel or Zouma played. And about Mourinho on Rafa.... i have no words. Gold.

Jose: 'Cahill has a chance of a broken nose, maybe yes, maybe no. Diego felt a thing in his hamstring, but we have to wait.' Jose on transfers: 'The board knows what we want, what we need and who we'd like to keep. After that it's the financial point of view and I never want to get involved in that side of it.'
