  1. How arguing on this topic looks like: - Argument 1 - BUT HE'S A CHELSEA LEGEND! - Argument 2 - BUT HE'S A CHELSEA LEGEND! - Argument 3 - BUT HE'S A CHELSEA LEGEND! ......... - Argument X - BUT HE'S A CHELSEA LEGEND! I wasn't able to read one single reply calling Lampard not a Chelsea legend anymore. He was, is and will always be in Chelsea's history book. But don't you people realize that this is exactly why his move to City hurts so bad? If it was Demba Ba or, I don't know, Torres, no one would've been so upset. That's exactly the problem: he is a Chelsea legend and he is going to City. It doesn't matter why, it doesn't matter for how long, it doesn't matter how he left us. This hurts. No one took away from him the 'Chelsea legend' title, no one burned his jersey, no one cursed him or anything like that. But some of us just can't accept this move.
  2. I can't believe people are asking other people to be calm about this. FFS, this is Frank Lampard we're talking about. And he's going to Manchester fucking City. How can you be calm about that? I don't give a crap about why he's doing it. I only care about the facts. If he's going to City, then the dissapointment will be huge. For some of us, he's a hero, a legend, even an idol. I have two jersey's with his name on the back. He's one of the reasons I started watching Chelsea matches for. I've always associated Chelsea with him an JT the most. And people are telling me not to make a big deal out of Lampard going to those scums....
  3. You might be right, I didn't keep an evidence regarding the nationality of people, but I saw a lot of contrary discussions in which Belgian members of the forum were defending him. To conclude about Lukaku, I think that we were right to sell him. No matter how well he does afterwards, no matter if he gets to win the World Cup, UCL and EPL, we were right. At this time, it was the right call. That's what I've been thinking for weeks, already.
  4. He didn't say that the Belgians are defending him. He said that most of those defending him are Belgians. There's a difference.
  5. Oh, my God. I am so sick of all these people getting defensive when it comes to players coming from their country. If Courtois and Hazard leave us too, a lot of Belgians will leave this forum. Don't call me a racist, but it's so obvious that people are defending Lukaku for the same reasons that they defended De Bruyne. He did NOTHING for the club. He didn't try, he didn't fight, he left like a coward. If he was that good, it would've been Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United, Bayern or even Liverpool buying him. Not Everton.
  6. Anyone knows when he's gonna join the rest of the squad?
  7. He is clearly a great footballer and he could play well enough for at least four more years. But beyond being a good footballer, he seems to be a smart and nice guy. Could compensate for Diego Costa, for the 'nice' part Welcome, Filipe! You came so close last season. Maybe in 2015 you'll win it.
  8. Cech - Ferreira - Terry - Alex - Cole - Lampard - Ballack - Mikel - Malouda - Anelka - Drogba (the team that won us the last Premier League title) Courtois - Azpilicueta - Terry - Cahill - F. Luis - Matic - Fabregas - Schurrle - Oscar - Hazard - Costa (probably our team for this season) Maannn, things have changed a lot in the last few years.
  9. Welcome to Chelsea, Diego. Please, don't be a flop. Please, be an instant hit.
  10. According to Catalan paper Sport, Sami Khedira will sign a 4 year deal with #AFC that will reportedly pay him €10m net per year. #RMCF #CFCARSENAL CLOSE TO KHEDIRA DEAL: That's the latest from the Euro Papers. https://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/video/euro-papers-arsenal-close-khedira-095237785.html … #AFC pic.twitter.com/BdQOFyVtsg
  11. Apparently, he just confirmed for the German television ZDF that he is off to Real Madrid. Too bad we couldn't get him. Probably the best corner kicks taker in the world.
  12. But this time it is because of joy and happiness. It is a celebration. We are celebrating two years since we DIDN'T sign Hulk.
  13. Nah, mate. Back then, almost all of us wanted him, since Torres was our main striker, with Drogba leaving and everything. It is not relevant.
  14. Let's all take a minute and thank God that we never signed this guy. Sorry for bringing this topic back to life, but it had to be said.
  15. I've been struggling in order to make my beard grow for like one year already and it's still messy as hell. I can't believe Brana got it so big and nice in just a few months. Hope it's fake. Still, I love that look of him.
  16. FC Barcelona and Liverpool FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of Luis Suárez.http://bit.ly/1s2jzHz Done.
  17. Maybe now people can stop being delusional about David. He is a very special man, I really love the guy, he is the kind of man that makes football more human, more attractive, but we should stop being unrealistic. He is NOT a good freekick taker, he is an inconsistent defender and getting 50m pounds for him is a huge, huge success for Chelsea.
  18. Barca's team surely looks great on paper, but I don't think that Luis Enrique can handle this situation. No worries. About Liverpool, I wouldn't be so harsh on them. Brendan Rodgers knows what he's doing, even if he doesn't have another world class player, but Suarez, who he won't have anymore, I suppose. But remember that he made Henderson play well, he bought them Coutinho, had the guts to use Sterling and came up with players like Joe Allen or Jon Flanagan. He's a good manager, they will still be fighting for the first places.
  19. Samuel Eto'o @setoo9 · 20hBut I love USA though... Samuel Eto'o @setoo9 · 20hItaly? Spain? France? UK? Turkey? USA????? A hint about his future destination?
