  1. ESPN Yep, that's what I'm guessing at.
  2. Ah, the classic William Gallas problem
  3. Whoops, already said it before ^
  4. Can't say a bad word about him. Fantastic player.
  5. No Luiz or Torres, but 4-4-2. Bold. Cech Bosingwa - Ivanovic - Terry - Cole Mikel Ramires - Essien - Lampard Kalou - Drogba Anyone agree?
  6. It's like I said in my article we have a lot to look forward to. The board have learnt their mistakes, our spending in January reflects that. The youth are looking strong and able, Clifford is a prime example of a player taking his chances. I believe we'll see youth integration soon, perhaps not this season because of the high-stakes. Maybe next..
  7. This is why we must make Stamford Bridge that fortress we used to have. Like Anfield do, we must get our fans singing constantly for 90minutes. Only then will the players respond, just thinking about the atmosphere at the San Siro on Tuesday, the fans gave an enormous roar at Seedorf when he lost the ball, and he responded positively by going to get it back. That's the kind of kick up the ass we should be giving to Drogba and Malouda at home.
  8. 90+7 Will never forget the magic of 86 unbeaten. A big, big, factor in keeping our dominance during the Jose years!
  9. Pfft, you told me Torres would score on Monday
  10. Haha good, I was about to give you a lecture about not knowing that by now
  11. Carlo was brought into win this. If we do not progress past Copenhagen, Carlo must be axed. There is no 2-ways about that. He is the knock-out competition expert. He was brought in specifically for this cup. He must deliver this, so we (Abramovich) can move on with securing the club's future!
  12. Ah my mistake it was €100million. I'm pretty sure Pastore won't wait for that sort of bid though.
  13. Haha he can't play.. He's cup-tied. (Still wouldn't stop the media ignoring that little fact though)
  14. Just realised this will be a great business venture! Might convince the old man to buy a couple and then sell them for a giant profit
  15. We'll have to wait for and see the details of the plan. No. That's not what I'm saying at all. It's the cheek of them setting it up, right near our very own training ground. Almost taunting our academy.
  16. LOL this coming after he signs a deal which sees his buy-out clause increase to £100million. Nice try CaughtOffside.
  17. You can't be serious? Barcelona are the best team in the world right now. Their reputation of bringing players through their youth ranks outshines any club in the world, their future and present is backed up by their past too. As a player if you're offered the chance to play for Chelsea or Barcelona, you'd go to Barcelona. (As a young player) The point of the article is, they're opening the academy, regardless. The debate of when is pointless.
  18. There's direct quotes. In reference to Chelsea as well. It comes from Barcelona, via SkySports.
  19. If this was any other player, Carlo could use him in the Pippo Inzaghi role. However with an ego, the size of Drogba's (as reported), this seems improbable to foresee.
  20. Yeah I mean, the youth coaches. All that would run through our players minds are "Wow. Those kids are playing for Barcelona!"
  21. Not even on that scale.. It's like putting a Tesco supermarket opposite a grocery store :\ It's ridiculous! I fear to think what will run through the minds of players like Kakuta when they're training, to see the highly skilful Barcelona managers and players opposite the road.
  22. Well, he's only here for one more season.
