It really wasn't. Cuadrado was never in Pedro's league, I don't think he's ever even scored 10 goals in a season before. Pedro has proven that he's a very good player over several seasons. Pedro is like a more mature Schurrle. Which is exactly what we need. Cuadrado was always a poor man's Willian.

Cheaper than Cuadrado and Willian... Let that sink in.

It's wishful thinking more than anything because of the latter statement you made - Jose just doesn't give our kids a chance so yeah. I don't really count Kurt as a kid though btw. Moses however for me personally I've never rated him as anything higher than a squad player and don't think he'll ever be anything more here. He should leave for the sake of his career, he's a decent enough player but not good enough for the top top teams IMO. Stoke is his level.
