Someone else chooses the lineup. Simple as.
-
Next season will be looking for a new manager if true.
-
I must be alone in genuinely liking Pedro, the guy was growing before his injury, cut him some slack, it's his first few months here on a sinking ship. And definitely better than Cuadrado
-
Not to mention, it was because of Allegri that this tie was still open last night. In a sense he was the most influential man out there, too bad he let himself down in the second half.
-
Some of our boys there will go hiding in the dark corners so as not to be seen, others will straight out request a transfer, who would want to give up the lazy fat life they are living right now.
-
For a moment there i turned a Juve fan. And i hate Juventus and all they stand for. You have to give them credit though. Allegri made and destroyed everything with his own hands. In the home game, with his subs left a door open, in the away game, again, with his subs, he closed that door.

If we play 3-5-2 with the current team. Tibo(Bego) Azpi-Terry(Cahill)-Zouma(Ivanovic) Willian(Pedro)-Fabregas-Baba(Kenedy) Matic-Mikel(Rlc) Costa-Hazard(Traoré) And that would be insanely, insanely, out of this world, grotesquely bad. That team would get slaugthered. But. We're not going to play this system. We're going to play 4-4-2 or 4-3-3. 4-4-2 it's the system Italy is playing right now.

I know what you are trying to say, and to an extent i share your view. On the other hand, this shows a lack of vision by whoever made this signing. Why not trust Traoré with minutes from the start? The kid had already shown some piece of skill back in the netherland, not to mention there is Kenedy who can play up top as well. On the other hand, Pato didn't play since november i think, he's known for his attitude, and, let's be honest, he's damaged goods. We did not need reinforcements in that repart as well, there is Remy, who, most of the times, when called upon, has delivered. Surely he's no worse than Pato. What we needed back in January was a cm or a cb or a fb. Did any player in those positions was signed? Nope. Pato was a low risk, no reward signing, did someone in their right mind think he would suddenly play as well as, maybe, in someone's eyes, in his Milan's days? It sums up our recent signings. A player who we do not need, and as a bonus is a crooked one. It was always going to end like this, 9 times out of 10.

I just don't understand how he forgot to play football when he came to london. It's just....incredible.
-
Good. Send the "individual" back to women football.
-
Wow! Who would have thought!
-
I hope the one about Solanke, Aké and Christensen is bs. We have to keep them and blood them in at all costs.
-
agree with most of it, not the selling part, he can still be useful. Just look at his CL record, is practically non-existent.Few fancy dribbles here and there don't make a great player.
-
Play dead.
-
Costa-Ibra up front. Defenders will produce the best impression of Lineker seen in years.
-
Leg-breaking tackle, luckily nothing happened to him, he lost his nerve and got sent off. Burnley game at the Bridge last season.
-
Butland

The thing is, unlike Pellegrini, Hiddink is a interim manager. The man is going to step down at the end of the season one way or another, i don't think the players will react differently knowing which manager we'll appoint next season. If anything, maybe, as a remote possibility they'll put in some effort if they want to stay. But that won't happen who am i kidding. Also, City players are twats.

At this moment our focus is on the euro where we'll try with hard work and sacrifice to reach our potential. Who knows me, knows i'll be fully committed. After the euro, i feel i'll have to go back to manage a club, so that'll be possible for me to work everyday. Thanks to FIGC president.

"In the next few hours Chelsea will announce Conte as the new manager." It's happening.
-
He should manage women football. Ba dum tssss. Sorry.
-
Might as well not sign the contract over here with Chelsea then. I didn't sign because the poor souls have no chance of lifting themselves.
-
And who would be the one manager to give up his chance to manage his national team at a major international tournament?
-
Everything quiet on the italian front for now. Not going to happen today i imagine

It would help if he would know what he wants out of this club, really. 1 billion spent on this club, 12 years later and we are arguably worse than we were before his arrival. He injected some quick fixes to bring us up and compete with the european giants right away, but then what? I believe the golden era it's well over already, the match to see us out from it was the PSG one at the Bridge. In europe we've bee shite since around 2010, CL win notwithstanding, after the core of players comprising Lamps, Drogba, Essien, Carvalho, Cole etc left we were some sort of Arsenal replica (2012/13) He surrounds himself with muppets and yes-men, the list could go on and on. I'm excited about Conte taking over, but realistically, how much will it last if they try to put reins on him? A few months? Reports already say he's not to build a new team but give an "identity" to this team, if José didn't manage that, i can't see anyone else capable of pulling it off. This is more a case of being grateful for the money, but please fuck off and let this football club be run by football people.
