Obviously some things have to change, i want Ivanovic out of the team, he's been a great player for us in the past, but it's time for him and us to move on, i'd like us to switch to a more solid 4-3-3, our players are more suited to that system, a CB or CM is a MUST before the transfer window closes. The season is long, i don't expect us to win any title, maybe one of the two domestic cups, but i believe he will completely turn it around, he's not one to be happy to finish 3rd or 4th in the league.

It'll be interesting to see what are we gonna do now. Not having any other player coming to us, until the transfer window closes, would be quite a bit discouraging. I do hope we have a plan b, the defender from monaco, that i can't spell correctly would be interesting, many on here are suggesting Laporte, that would be a dream, however a question comes to my mind: why didn't we go for him from the beginning if we were ready to offer 37m for Stones? Surely Laporte has more quality in him right now than Stones. It'll be also interesting to see what we are gonna do for the midfield, as things stand right now, i'm quite worried for our form. I hope the lads will wake up soon and will start performing like last season.

Eh...he is a very, very good player, but untested at the top level yet. I personally didn't like him while he was here, grabbing every opportunity to cry at the media because he wasn't getting time on the pitch, that alone for me showed that he wasn't quite ready to be in a top team. If i would be lucky as him, to be a gifted footballer, working under a great manager, i'd put my head down and start working my ass off in training to get my chance. Guess we'l see, if now, he's ready to compete for his place in a top team.
