  1. feels more of the same issues, 3rd place is probably the ceiling. i don’t understand the point of Alonso, why not try RLC or Gallagher at that position? We saw a lot of Alonso he is awful. I am so bored of Tuchel, he is neither great at identifying players or finding creative solutions to the team.
  2. I think a loan would be ideal, still only 21. Consistent playing time would do him well.
  3. @LAM09 Girvinho at one point was tearing it up at Roma too. Salah has incredibly exceeded expectations at Pool, his first season at Pool he scored more goals than his entire time in Serie A.
  4. Imo Klopp has nothing to prove, he has taken two clubs to their peak. Liverpool is overarching, if they can maintain this it would be remarkable. I consider Klopp to be the best manager in the world, I am with @Henrique when Klopp leaves Pool they will fall off drastically. If Pep leaves City, they would still be equally dangerous because they have money.
  5. Say what you say is true. Gotze was phenomenal under Klopp, Salah was a flop at Chelsea and was nothing special in Serie A. Who knows how Pulisic would have been under Klopp. If Klopp leaves Pool they will go back to fighting 4-6. Klopp has a vast list of maximizing players at two different clubs. Saying Michael Edwards has played a bigger role in Pool success is one of the ridiculous statement on this board, absolute insane comment.
  6. The success is credit to Klopp, he is the best at getting the most out of players. He has numerous examples at Dortmund and Liverpool.
  7. Pau Torres gets a lot of hate here, but he is quality. Arguably the best passing CB out there. He is like Christensen but without being big bitch.
  8. Tuchel doesn’t look like the answer, we are getting worse and worse under him.
  9. Mendy is way too poor on the ball for a team that wants build from the back on a consistent basis.
  10. How come there is no accountability regarding Tuchel, are we going to say Sterling is past it also when he doesn’t live up to the hype under Tuchel?
  11. Sterling looked equally bad as our other attackers,
  12. Tuchel tactics is too safe, which is why I ultimately believe we will never compete with Pool and City in the league. Unless he changes tactics, I was hoping we would transition to a back 4 and add one more attacker on the field. In the CL I still believe we will be a dangerous team, but over 38 games we need much more goals.
  13. Tuchel is really an embarrassment when it comes to youngsters, like wtf playing players like Sarr, Barkley, and Kennedy in precious pre season. Like really what is the point of giving players with no potential..
  14. Huge difference between that and Lukaku being forced on Tuchel.
  15. Nah, just people with questionable intelligence.
  16. There is no space for that type of midfielder in 3-4-3, difficult to find a midfielder that can handle the defensive and attacking responsibility to do both. which is the huge issue with playing 3 CB and being outnumbered in midfield.
  17. I said it last summer, I made the argument that this a terrible decision by both parties.
  18. I think Olise is a better AM/CM fit.
  19. No more excuses for Tuchel anymore, if City won the CL against us we would have a completely different conversation about Tuchel. He needs be competing with Pool and City not be competing against Arsenal and United for a top 4.
  20. Seriously what makes Raphinha better than Jarrod Bowen?
  21. Rudigar success is a result of playing in a 3 CB system, Madrid is going to get the Germany Rudigar, which quite honestly is just average.
