  1. It should be crystal clear by now that Lukaku was a Tuchel signing, given how he wants Auba this summer. Lukaku himself said Tuchel was a huge factor leaving Inter a while ago, but that doesn’t seem to stop the narrative around here.
  2. Watching this Gordon guy, i think he would struggle on a top team there is less space to run into because teams will play us very defensively. All of highlight is him running into space.
  3. I know you are lying to yourself, just ask yourself if you would be happy if this the typical performances from Sterling. For me i wouldn’t be happy. Just checked Whoscored, they gave him a 6.5 average performance for his first two matches. Which is fair.
  4. “Very good” lol It is the type of performance you guys would moan about if it was any of our attackers. I remember how hard you were pumping Lukaku last summer, even in mid season you were like he would still score 15 goals.
  5. We get it, Tuchel can’t fail he can only be failed by others.
  6. honestly I am interested to see how Werner, CHO, Pulisic, Ziyech do outside of playing for Tuchel. I wonder how much their performance is due to them and how much of it due to Tuchel system. Personally think they are much better than what they had shown. Early result of Sterling is not good under Tuchel.
  7. Your anger should be toward Tuchel, he is the one who wants this work rate Marchant.
  8. Wish we had two Reece James, he is amazing at CB and RB.
  9. He is a special CB, he has everything you want in a modern CB.
  10. If you look at City they have so many players on the pitch that can make a difference in the final ball. Watched City latest game. Not only they had Halland, Foden, and Mahrez but KDB and Gundogan in the middle. They all attack the box with so much coordination, it looks very routine while our play lacks that. Alternatively we need a ruthless attacker, which is why I think Ronaldo would make sense.
  11. Taylor aside, both of our goals were scored by defenders. We just shit the bed in the attacking phase, completely out of sync.
  12. RCB James and RWB RLC has been very good move by Tuchel.
  13. He won the CL with players we already bought, which is my point a short term manager who got the best out of the players at the right time. You can’t say our play has improved since that initial six months. I am not hating on Tuchel or his ability as a manager, I see him the same way I see Carlo Ancelotti.
  14. So you agree that a 33 year old ST should be a bigger priority over a CM whos best years are still ahead of him? More evidence Tuchel is wrong manager to lead us, he is too much of a result oriented manager rather than team builder like Klopp and Pep.
  15. How could you think the jury is still out? It’s without a doubt Tuchel making all the first team signings , why would we be pushing for a 33 year old washed up striker who Tuchel is very fond of?
  16. It is correct though, he is so average. There is nothing about him that stands out beside his work rate. Best case scenario Willian.
  17. What is wrong with you? Christensen is very talented, he was also very good for Denmark. He is starting Barcelona right now. He is a class above Chalobah. Fofana definitely does not have twice the quality of Christensen, lots of hype for a guy who has not been caped even once for France.
  18. Why would he? We have seen with AC or Rudigar, they might say the right things.
  19. He will play for Inter his contract expires in summer 2023, he would be free to negotiate with a new club like AC and Rudigar.
  20. Thought he had two years his contract was up in 2021? In this situation though, transfer window closes in Couple of weeks. He would be free to negotiate with a new club in January.
  21. How is Inter holding out for 70m when his contract expires next summer.
  22. I have not watched Fofana very closely, but if you think he has best CB in the planet potential than i think you should pay the price and buy him.
  23. City did a good job of recruiting Pep by hiring a bunch of ex Barcelona guys while he was a Bayern. They did a good job of long term planning it. On the other hand we did a terrible job, rehiring Mourniho was a terrible mistake. We wasted a lot of talent under him. I agree with you, Roman definitely had it is positive, but everything was short term. We had our success, but with a clear limitation. I am very hopeful with our new owner, i think if we are going to take the next step it would have to be with a different approach than Roman.
