But that takes having a manager long enough to develop them. But having that style of our own wouldn't that mean our opposition knows what to expect and how to set up to beat us? Its not the defenders WE want to have us using we should be looking at its the ones that Sarri will be looking at to use. I'm still really not up to date on the sort of defenders he uses in his style. They seem to be comfortable on the ball and are good passers. So theres got to be a reason why we are being continually linked with various ones. Its going to be one hellova hard job hes got on his hands when he comes. It might have been worth it not to sack Conte but to make him work out his contract as a number 2 or at least keep him till Sarri has got to know all the lads. Not feasible I know but it would help us out.

Whenever we get a new manager we expect a line of his old players as his entourage but it never happens. But I think it might be a good start to at least try to let him have a couple as he must see a need for them. But Martens age and our board aren't a good equation to start things off.

Keeping him on the bench is on Conte. Lots of commentators were surprised to see him on the bench despite the fact that he create some this like 2 goals and score 3 himself. Said the same things mate Its obvious that willis resentment of Conte is down to Luiz and his problems with him I never had Willi down as a whiner cause I've always liked his commitment and character. Agree but with our 1 year policy the club would be chucking allot of money away cause these lads aren't cheap. Icardi would give us goals,good age and should keep Eden happy. Much more sensible so we won't go down that road will we. More likely crouch or a failed bid for Ronaldo 2 mins past deadline day.
