Tho I would be sad to see him go I would much rather we sell him to Barca even if it was for less than Manure offered. I do think tho it would be one less reason for Eden to hang around, They get on well as mates and play well together so him leaving will just mean another player for him to get used to. I've realized I had started to go down the worse possible path. I had found myself into thinking like a Manure 'supporter' Some footballing snobby twat that thinks unless a player is a household name and costs close to £100mill then he wasn't worth looking at. But its ALL about putting together players that combine to make a single working unit. And thats what fucks Manure up. Me too mate In a perfect world I would swap Higuain for Icardi and add a upgrade on Willi but its at least showing that SOMEONE SOMEWHERE has bought into Sarriball and wants to back him up. That is of course its not all just a load of media bollox cause that would piss me right off. But the problem we have got won't be fixed in 1 window. But hopefully at least Sarri and our board can get along well enough that he will be able to get SOME players in this window to at least make Sarriball work for us, make a decent enough showing that will capture new targets attention and give the board faith in what he is trying to achieve then we continue strengthening till we are rulers of the known universe! Couldn't agree more about needing a technical CM but I'm going by all the reports that I've read about how Sarri builds his attacks from defense and we don't have a technically gifted player that is able to do that Its not a matter of them struggling they just aren't capable of it. And if we seriously want to make any attempt at competing at any level then we do have to bring in creative players in defense,CM AND forwards. 3 VERY GOOD players at a minimum but 5 to be serious. We need to start offloading all the deadwood wonky donkeys,The loanees,the over aged.the slow,wannabes,hasbeens and total utter shite. This should have been happening each year but we have accumulated a forest full of it now and its time for a bloody good clear out.

From what I read Sarri uses drones allot in practices and they spend much time analyzing them. Found this quite interesting how he sets up his defenders. As well as other things I am pretty excited actually to see if we can play sarriball. Our problem of course is not having the right type of players to do it. You say he lacks strength/ballance but from the little Ive seen of him he doesn't seem scared to get stuck in tho and not afraid of tackling. And he scored against both Manure and Gooners this year so he can play against PL teams OK it looks like. He also looks like he WANTS to have the ball too instead of waiting for it to come to him. He likes dribbling, good passer long and short and looks like hes got a strong right foot too. I'm thinking he might surprise us and be ideal for sarriball

I hope with all my might we buy Kante a real partner but why would you use Waterboy instead of Barkley? I would prefer to see him playing Sarriball. And as the 3rd in a 433 than any of our other options I think. But I would be happy as fuck IF Sarri could get into his head to turn it around and make him more lethal.

Can't see us having a cat in hells chance at competing for anything with that line up. Bats/Giroud/RLC/Willi/Cescy/AC all need upgrading. We dont have 1 single player with an ounce of creativity.

We keep going thru this tho. Look at the thread for Sarris system. He always start attacks from the CBs. They need to be creative, Comfortable and technical with the ball and be able to pass. At a push AC can be backup. Rudi is more like it which doesn't leave us anyone else with those strengths. Sarri must know this or we wouldn't be getting linked with so many. Then of course yes Kante. OK We MIGHT push to use Barkley or RLC as 3rd man but he needs a shit hot partner and a Willi upgrade. And I dont see us having a good enough striker still no matter who we have on our books right now.. And if Edens off then of course it lands us in a deeper hole to fill.
