You can't knock what he's done at the club on the grand scheme of things. He's played a big role in two league title winning seasons and also won as a starter in the league cup, fa cup, europa league and champions league. He certainly has limitations but he's made the most of his career here and at £7m he has proven to be a hugely successful piece of business by the club, and a bargain.
He is definitely in the decline now though, and as people have said it would be best for both parties for him to leave. He gets a fresh start and can play week in week out at a midtable team in the latter stages of his career, with nothing left to prove, and we can move on and look to upgrade on him.

Morata is never going to be another Drogba, he is mentally weak, and is all around mediocre at best. Drogba was at least fighter, and physically dominant. Morata is good at nothing.

Saying that Morata scores every 3rd game is so terribly misleading. In saying so you are implying consistency which Morata has not shown at Chelsea (nor anywhere else for that matter).
To put Morata's PL goal scoring into context:
- Morata has scored more goals in his first 6 PL games (6; 3 of which came in a hat-trick vs Stoke) than in his last 24 (5).
- Out of his last 24 PL games Morata has played 60+ minutes in 18 games so he has had enough time to make a goal contribution in those games.
- Against top-6 opponents Morata has scored 2 goals in 8 games (10 games actually but I took out the 2 games vs City since he only played a combined 36 minutes in both games)
- In 2018 Morata has scored 1 PL goal.
...and these are only the numbers. Getting into his bitch-ass attitude on the pitch, his stupid yellow cards, and his missed sitters would just make me even more depressed.

Many players are shit and look scared to do anything under Mourinho. The big combative battlers thrive under him, that's why he had a hard-on on Ivanovic. But Salah isn't his kind of player, not one bit. Players like him (and attackers in general) tend to become lost under him. With proper attacking patterns players like him thrive, Mourinho needs "magicians" who can do it on their own, rather than somebody who relies on teamwork and intricate passing to get the best out of him. Salah always had the ingredients to become who he has become - he's freakishly quick, his technique was solid even for us, doesn't need somebody telling him where the goal is. He was young and needed nurturing and faith, but most of all a manager NOT like Mourinho, who doesn't give a fuck what you do as long as you track back. We lost KDB for the exact same reason, he looked lost for us for exactly the same reason.
We did not make much of those sales back then because we genuinely thought they were crap, but really they just weren't built for our team. It could have been different, with a different coach, but what's done is done. The Willians and Pedros of this world are built for this team now.

The first one-on-one, he had so much time to finish. 
The second one, to be fair the defender did well to narrow the angle but even so, any striker worth their salt puts the ball across the goalkeeper rather than going near post.
But the third one. Jesus. It's sitting up perfectly for him. He's got the time to choose if he wants to dink it, go with his laces, side-foot it. So he decides to fucking toe-poke it straight at the keeper.
 
He seriously needs to take a long, hard look, because I don't see him lasting another 18 months in this league. Not cut out for it. 

He's trash. I needed only 1 game to see that. With some players you just know. No redeeming qualities and very little upside. Alonso is not that much better by the way. And we wonder why we're 16 points behind with players like this.
