That's interested me since I heard about it. There are two parades in Chicago. There's the big one in Boystown that's pretty much just about LGBTQ. Then there's the smaller one that is smaller and more social and political. It's the one for the SJWs and it's the one that banned the Star of David. It's another example of the hypocrisy of people that are always outraged.

For the love of all that is good in this world, please don't let Liverpool win the final. Please!
If I have to read more about how "special," Liverpool is as a club and the romantic atmosphere at Anfield, and how unbelievably "brave" their players are I'm going to hang myself.
Nothing gets the football media wanking themselves more than when Liverpool are doing well. Even Man United. It's nauseating.
Hopefully Madrid are ultra motivated to make history by three-peating and Ronaldo raises to the occasion again. He was awful against Bayern in both legs.

If Liverpool win it I wouldn't be surprised if the UK Government class it as a bank holiday.

I never root for Real, but I would make an exception for this final. I can't stand Liverpool winning anything, especially another European Cup. Fuck the bin dippers.

There's an article in today's Guardian titled ''Pochettino's success at Tottenham cannot be judged on trophies alone''. Have you ever heard such apologist bollocks ?. If you want to be considered as an elite club you have to win a major trophy which hopefully Spurs never will. Can you imagine an article saying Sean Dyche should be sacked because he hasn't won anything yet. So many Spurs fans in the media going back to the 60's just remember Portsmouth have won the FA cup more recently than Spurs.

"I've sat in this chair twice before, with Porto - Man Utd out, with Real Madrid - Man Utd out, so this is nothing new for this football club."
"I don’t think the performance was bad. The intention and the way we started was really good and really positive."
Mourinho hahaha

Yes, Spurs have the potential but how long more can people play that up? For years, people have been talking about Spurs having the potential, building something good, being one of the best English sides but what do they have to show for all that? Nothing. No Premier League title. No Champions League title. Not even the FA Cup or League Cup. Just some good results in Europe and putting the pressure on in the league. There's really no point if you have the quality but don't back it up with trophy(ies), even with one of the domestic cups. This Spurs team is on borrowed time. If they don't win something real soon, it won't take long for their big players to leave (Walker chose to leave them last summer and has already won 2 trophies. might even end up with 3!) and hell, Pochettino might even be tempted to leave if one of the bigger clubs come calling.

kmk108 reacted to Iggy Doonican in The Next Manager?
Don't understand the last sentence at all mate. Of course I'm being sarcastic but having Lampard as our manager is taking the piss. The days of footballers getting jobs the minute they stop playing appears to be over. Giggs had to wait a couple of years and managing Wales isn't a top job just look what Coleman has done at Sunderland. Gerrard is coaching Liverpool's under 20's, Gary Neville was a disaster in Spain, Phil Neville has got a job for the England's women's team yet you think Lampard could take over at Chelsea.
Your taking rumour as fact Lampard's name will be mentioned as a potential Chelsea manager because of his playing career there is zero chance of him becoming manager now or in the near future. Conte has a Premiership title, Italian titles and managed the Italian national team do you honestly think Chelsea would go for Lampard with no experience it's ridiculous it's heart ruling head.

This is the golden rule of how to beat Pep or similar attacking teams.
These squads are fraud, sheep in wolf clothing. Looking marvelous and unbeatable when they have possesion but absolutely clueless under pressure.
Reason why Pep is winning is because small teams close down and thats water on mill for Pep players. Teams like liverpool try attack but eventualy gas out. Top top teams destroy Pep teams (since his last barca season to be specific).
Yet we and bunch of other quality sides defend whole game. Its literaly giving them the game on plate and hope we somehow score a fluke. Great example was juve vs bayern when juve attacked and bayern under Pep couldnt do shit, but then in the end they decided to park the bus and conceded two goals.
This City team is perfect for PL demolition but they will crumble against top sides. I said it last week, Otamendi and Stones are so damn overrated and when they go against top opponents, 1v1 they will get raped.
By no meaning City is bad team, they are five times better in attack, but you judge teams when they are under pressure, and city and also Pep today proved they are still the same old chicken team when you press them.
I actualy belive city will run PL for a while, get finished in CL once they get someone better and after Pep leaves, the team will be left in big shock like Bayern because no other manager can handle attack like Pep and the defensive fragilities will get exposed.
We are not on their level at all, but people saying Pep City is best team in europe should take a look again. Pep has no plan B and Stones, Otamendi, Sterling or Fernandinho under pressure when it realy matters turn into bang average. Otamendi and Fernandinho get rattled so quick, red card is always on the brink when they are losing badly.
Liverpool on other hand is playing beautiful beautiful offense, but they have little skill and experience to actualy finish the game on high. If they were more pragmatic at 4:1 it would be easier for them to win comfortably.
I think if we added two quality players, we are equal. Most definately they have better attack and movement, but we actualy have defenders who can perform under pressure, we know how to adopt and we are efficient (at least we were 😂). This makes it harder for us in league games, but easier in elimination matches.

A lot seem to believe it was that our two most creative players were being brought off so early. I’d lean more towards that than them being booed.

I don’t think Costa would. I remember too many times where he received the ball and ended up just dribbling into the defense and giving it away. His physical presence would be more useful though.

kmk108 reacted to Stats in 🇫🇷 Tiemoue Bakayoko
I still stick to the opinion that he can come good here, but Conte needs to give him a break. He is completely shot off confident and it has got to a point that he is shying away from the ball and he seems also frightened to receive it. He needs to build up confidence. It is good that we have Barkley coming in. Bakayoko just needs to have a little break and work on his technical game. He panics under pressure and he knows the crowd are on to him when he receives the ball. It was actually glaring to see the amount of times, Bakoyoko did not offer himself for a pass in difficult situations because he is scared about making a mistake. Hope he can come good but defo needs a break from the team.
