If I was Real Madrid, ManU or Arsenal, I would do whatever it takes to sign this guy. Matic is exactly what many top teams in today's football need. We have to make sure he is not overplayed now or otherwise our season is over.
-
He's going nowhere. He has just formed one of the best partnerships in world football with Fabregas. Why would he want to go? Financially and trophy-wise there is no big difference between Real and Chelsea in this moment in time. In Real, one has to be always wary of the fact that if a new world superstar rises from somewhere, that same player might be bought next summer with mega-money to take your place in the XI for marketing reasons. At Chelsea, Eden will have secure starting XI spot for the rest of his career. Mark my words, Real Madrid is not going to win a single trophy this year besides La Liga. The team is unstable in midfield with players chosen on the basis of their marketing value rather than tactical reasons. That habit makes sure that they are not going to be a dominant superpower in football terms for consecutive seasons unlike Bayern, Barca and yes, Chelsea.

Cesc Matic Ake Let's try this in game where Jose would normally put Mikel on the field. Since the pressure on winning FA Cup, CL and the League is so high, I would suggest this is our midfield on Capital Cup game against Liverpool next week.
-
Could he play as a winger? On the right side obviously.
-
Dave! He's got the mentality of a champion.
-
Its ridiculous as he is always so much better than any other player on the pitch.....no matter whether we play Swansea or City. One of those players that make you just want to sit back and watch the performance with awe and delight........need that new contract now!!
-
Zouma!!
-
Should buy some Yokohama shares now before the prices go sky high
-
Certainly better than that fugly Chevrolet logo on the chest This.
-
Same industry? I mentioned Bridgestone so maybe you mean other tire manufacturers? Yokohama Rubber Company would make sense since they already sponsor Boston Celtics and San Antonio Spurs.
-
Canon? Bridgestone? Haha this guessing is fun

Baidu? ENN Energy Holdings? Melco Crown Entertainment Limited? http://www.forbes.com/fab50/list/#page:1_sort:3_direction:desc_search: Oh, its Japanese...

Felipe Anderson Pereira Gomes (born 15 April 1993), commonly known as Felipe Anderson is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Italian side Lazio as a attacking midfielder. -Wikipedia Just saw this kid play an incredible match against Sampdoria - he got perfect 10 rating on WhoScored playing on the right wing! Has 4 goals and 4 assists from the last 4 games. Moved to Lazio from Santos in June 2013 for around 8 million euros, and I reckon he would move for around 15 million right now. Chelsea needs answers for the right wing as I'm sure Salah won't be with us come February. Certainly has a lot of potential, and the end product also is there. I would be more than happy to see Chelsea FC to bring up Salah's replacement from within, from the best academy in the country. But I don't see that happening so alternatives are needed. What do you guys think? Sorry, I didn't find any better videos of him thus far.

Luis Enrique is a making a fool of himself at incredible rate. This move, even though the unlikeliest of all, would transform Chelsea FC into the next level, and would also give a fresh breath of air for the Premier League as a serious contender for the best players on the planet. Luis Enrique is doing good job not only destroying Barcelona but also the La Liga as the only destination for the finest players. Good job Luis! :blue scalf:

Cesar! But I feel that Chelsea has great squad for playing three in the back. Willian as a wingback, Luis the same and Dave is so solid he can surely do the job as a centre-back as well. Only problem being that neither of our Englishmen ain't that fast so Azpi-Zouma-Ivanovic trio could also be an option, with Brana being ideal for this formation... Well maybe try this squad later on in an easier home game
-
Costa Remy Hazard Filipe Luis Matic Cesc Willian Azpilicueta Cahill Zouma
-
Great, I'm sure if you give some of that fine Norwegian money of yours to Jose he might just go out there and drag Marco's ass to London
-
Willian scored a screamer? Too bad for the fella this miracle isn't televised.
-
Maybe Jose just wants to rest Terry and will play Terry-Zouma next game. This is Zouma's chance to turn things around imo. Have a good game and Cahill suddenly isn't a regular in the team. Remember what Jose did with Varane few years ago when he gave him opportunities?
-
Ramires-Mikel pivot haha.....Good line-up though and nice to see Remy FINALLY getting his moment. Surprised to see Cahill instead of Terry and sad not to see any youngsters besides Zouma. Was really hoping for Ake, but maybe we'll see him as a sub. What is Willian doing on the bench? Its not like he can offer anything as a impact sub anyways so would therefore rather see Baker, Loftus-Cheek, Solanke there instead.
-
When was the last time Chelsea game wasn't broadcasted? Must have been ages ago..
-
Would be fantastic addition but I would rather see Barkley join Chelsea.
-
Drogba Schurrle Ramires Baker Mikel Ake Luis Azpi Terry Zouma Substitutes Drogba --> Remy Baker --> Salah Ramires --> Loftus-Cheek
-
Why? Having an young Englishman as a regular would IMO improve the chances of other English players to be included as well.
-
Will be a top player in the future. You think we could buy him to be part of our midfield trio and start playing Oscar on the right wing? His price this January would be around 30m-35m IMO. Could be funded partially by the sale of Andre..... The kid also has good shot and would give us real threat from distances. Edit. I think Barkley could play on the right wing as well. Offers pace and power and is a tall kid which would mean that using Ivanovic on the rightback would not be necessary. He is very much two footed so he could cut inside from the wing and take the shot with his left. What do you guys think?
