fantasy football additions: Paul Pogbar and Dusan Taditch He plays on the left, he plays on the riiight. Dušan Tadić makes Lallana look ****e Let's see who in the current CFC squad can claim the RW, CAM, and RCM positions. I'm not sure, are you?

Germany's most over-rated player. Look elsewhere.
-
I still think Mikel will move on, but we'll see. Maybe he will be re-born this season. The most interesting midfielder for me at this moment is Dusan Tadic, not Pogba. When you see a midfielder who can make any type of pass, from any angle or tight space--plus exhibit timing, threat without great pace, some deception, and superb free kicks, I would say you've found a guy who is a true number 10. I am literally waiting every week to A) see Chelsea play and watch Tadic again for Soton. http://www.squawka.com/news/how-did-dusan-tadic-do-on-his-southampton-debut-against-liverpool/161213

I don't understand why any of you would get hung-up on this stuff. Whether or not something is verifiably part of an interview, the language used, etc. etc., we often do not get the complete context nor body language, tone, etc. of each and every interaction out there. Loic Remy has, right now, a clean slate until I see him on the pitch for CFC. Try not to be bored and overly-obsessed, please.
-
Maybe Chelsea get lucky and he develops a bad relationship with Spain. I could not care less about most or ALL of the national teams around the globe.
-
So, is Oscar now playing a deeper role for Brazil too (like he did in Porto Alegre)?
-
ManUnited, shooting for a 14th place finish. would be wonderful if they were teetering on relegation come the end of April
-
this is going to be an underwhelming final day of the window and nothing can save ManUtd.
-
sign M. Diame or someone else before the window closes?
-
so happy about this signing and the Torres departure. Happy, Happy, HAPPY! We are looking like serious title contenders, ready to pressure ManCity. and the bonus of the week: Mikel comes on as a sub and gives a backheel assist. the power is in your legs, JobiWan! (and I'm not a Jobi fan)
-
players who've impressed me lately who Chelsea MIGHT consider in the future: Dusan Tadic Yacine Brahimi if any of our attacking midfielders just aren't good enough for Chelsea's ambitions, I think Tadic will be worth a look once he's proven himself a little more in the Prem. This guy can make any pass, take corners, freekicks, he's deceptive... he looks like the complete package without needing to rely upon speed.
-
damn, are they teaching English humour in Slovenja? nice one.
-
Everton are still twice as fast as Chelsea in the pass and move play, so I'm just hoping that this changes during the season.
-
well fellas, it's down to Chelsea satisfying the severance pay of Torres. http://www.gazzetta.it/Calciomercato/28-08-2014/milan-torres-ora-verdetto-chelsea-incontra-agenti-90285137825.shtml

the polar-opposite of Didier. I'm doing a serious Eric Cartman here---again.
-
I've begun an indiegogo campaign setup, but I don't have my paypal account linked yet and I need to leave for the day. Will try later, tonight. Indiegogo is the site one must use for this type of campaign.

Hair net and gloves.

Guys, chill out on ManUtd and FFP! United won't make top four this season and I predict their stock price will start to slide downward. Vidal isn't going to Manchester, UNited are NOT going to get a top centre back, United will not make top four. Downward spiral for ManUtd, but you aren't seeing just yet because of their cash from Adidas and the owners' financial scheming. Only a matter of time. I think they're fucked.
-
Few of those chances or shots were great enough to truly challenge Schmeichel. I watched all the match until the Costa goal and about half of it afterward. I wasn't impressed by anything but Iva and Courtois
-
Matic will continue to be pressed hard all season and begin to look like Mikel on the ball if Chelsea play this tempo and formation all season. It's too predictable and slow.
-
3 stars: Courtois, Ivanovic, Nugent... Chelsea are still TOO SLOW and need to change the damn formation and movements.
-
goddamn 4231 Chelsea slow play... we'll have a flurry and more slow play
-
getting rid of Torres is the premium in the deal aside from getting a good, young striker from Italy. the thought about paying too much PLUS Torres the other way doesn't even enter the matter at about 20 million. In any case, Chelsea FC and Jose know that it's time to get rid of Torres, Mikel, Moses, Marin so we can move on to better players and just bringing up some our highly-rated youth players or loaned players. Hopefully someone wants Mikel within a couple windows.
-
If Fernando (CM) is tenacious throughout this season as in the first City match, they are still the favourites for the title. We already know what lineup to expect versus City this season in CM: Yaya, Fernandinho, Fernando. Better hope it's not Jobi in there for us; will get gobbled-up.
-
We really need additional striker?

to answer your question, "homegrown" does not apply to Scottish players unless, I suppose, they were trained in their youth for a number of years in England--just like any other foreign-born talent. the natural "homegrown" players are only English or Welsh.
