Great save in the first half, top notch performances recently but that second goal was disappointing to say the least. I say less drumming and more rest at home.

His display throughout the match was disgraceful. He keeps backing away from players, shirking challenges and letting people head the ball as if he's not there. On top of that, he's horrendous with the ball at his feet, he just keeps passing it to Terry because he hasn't got any balls to pass it forward.

I love the man, the player and everything about him, but it's clear he doesn't quite fit the way Mourinho wants us to play, which is a massive shame. I think he deserves nothing but the best and if that means he has to leave us, then so be it. You can see it in his eyes - pic above - that he knows that himself.

To me it sounds like you will say anything to justify Lampard's inclusion in the first 11. Your reasoning is not even close to being objective. It wasn't our best game by any means but we beat a tough German side in the CL 3 goals to 0. Mourinho saw what needed to be changed and now we've got a balanced side. End of.

Poor Cesar's thread has become camper than wearing a scarf and pink framed aviators in a hot summer day. I feel he's worthy of a first team spot now, I love Ash but Cesar did really well, although I would still rather see him at right back, especially in games where we're expected to dominate possession. Iva is boss but his passing in the final third doesn't match his talent in the other aspects of his game.

I've seen Jorginho playing a few times in the last 12 months or so, he's got world class potential written all over him, he's a bit of an introvert but has that arrogance that top players tend to have. Yes, he's more of a cm, who can play as a box to box and do a job as an attacking midfielder.

I have absolutely no doubt Mikel and Ramires will be our midfield duo on Saturday, Lampard now has a perfect role getting a few minutes here and there off the bench.

I did watch the game and I see no problem at all, our midfield duo did what they had to do. They protected the back four and sprayed the ball to our forward line, Ramires was also bombing up and down at last.

He's the first name on the team sheet for our next few games alongside Ramires.

I don't buy this resting players thing, Oscar for example had a week's rest when he wasn't named in the squad for the Arsenal game. I'd go with the same 11, with maybe Hazard coming in for Schurrle.
