💥🔵Derry is class, should be playing for our first team now (at least off the bench) Frank Lampard has already outlined plans to secure a move for highly-rated Chelsea starlet Jesse Derry. (@GraemeBailey) Roefs coy on future Chelsea transfer linked Robin Roefs has been speaking out about the summer rumours linking him with a move to Stamford Bridge. The Northern Echo report that Roefs insists he wants to remain part of Sunderland’s “amazing” journey despite recent speculation linking him with a possible move to Chelsea. “I hope this is just the start of Sunderland’s story,” said Roefs, who returned from injury in Sunday’s 1-0 win over Tottenham. “It’s not really a time to think about things like moving or any rumours. As long as I don’t know anything about it, I just keep on going. “What we are building here is just really, really amazing. Being promoted and performing this way, we can only build on that and let’s hope next season we can continue like this.” 🗯🔵Chelsea are banking on Mike Penders returning from his loan at Strasbourg to make a big impression and nobody would dispute that the club need better goalkeeping options if they are to achieve their ambitions. The only player listed in the entire post above who might end up here is Mateus Mane of Wolves, IMHO. He has 'BlueCo Buy' written all over him. Forget Elliot Anderson, Murillo, and Morgan Rogers, especially if we miss out on CL (which is very likely, as IF we lose to Manure or Pool, we will not get CL, and if we lose to both, we may end up back in the Conferencr League or even with no Euro footie whatsoever. Those 3 players alone will cost around £250m. SUBZERO chance BlueCo will drop that type of dosh, plus none of those 3 would pick us over far better teams and offers. The BlueCo vultures are in perma youth/teen 'buy and flip' mode, and will sack any puppet who complains (as they already have shown they will do). They do not give a flying fuck about the club, other than how much money they can extract from its carcass.

EXCL: Chelsea now targeting players from PL clubs facing relegation Opportunities arising... https://siphillipstalkschelsea.substack.com/p/excl-Chelsea-now-targeting-players Chelsea’s decision makers are keeping a close eye on the Premier League standings at the bottom of the table as well as the top right now. This is because they are sensing some transfer opportunities from Premier League clubs facing relegation this season. Teams who will be relegated to the Championship this summer will need to look at selling a number of their key players, and Chelsea are already putting the work in on potentially trying to sign some of them. Below, we have the list of these players that Chelsea are looking at signing! Obviously we don’t know who will be relegated yet, and a lot can happen in the last six games of the season. But these are the players the club are looking into from some teams who could get relegated, as cited by SPTC Sources…. Wolves Mateus Mane (18-year-old attacking midfielder) Joao Gomes (25-year-old centre midfielder) Tottenham Lucas Bergvall (20-year-old centre midfielder) Mo Kudus (25-year-old winger/attacking midfielder) West Ham Mateus Fernandes (21-year-old centre midfielder) Crysencio Summerville (24-year-old winger) Jarrod Bowen (29-year-old winger/attacking midfielder) Nottingham Forest Murillo (23-year-old centre back) Morgan Gibbs-White (26-year-old attacking midfielder/winger) Elliot Anderson (23-year-old centre midfielder) On Anderson, source says ‘wont happen’. To add to this, another SPTC Source has said Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa is massively unlikely because other clubs are willing to pay more in wages and fees overall than Chelsea are. None mentioned from Burnley or Leeds United yet, although there has been recent interest from Chelsea in Maxime Esteve at Burnley, so that could possible be one to watch.

Concerning financial losses announced: Accumulated LOSSES under 22HoldCo Ltd are £1.79 BILLION And it gets worse.... https://siphillipstalkschelsea.substack.com/p/concerning-financial-losses-announced As if things aren’t bad enough out on the pitch right now, Chelsea’s financial accounts have just been released, and it’s not looking good. The club’s accumulated LOSSES under 22HoldCo Ltd, the parent company of Chelsea FC, are £1.79 BILLION as at June 30, 2025. The financial statements were approved by the board of directors and authorised for issue on 14 November 2025 and are signed on its behalf by Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali. Chelsea have LOAN balances of £1,390,413,000 as of end June 2025. Pre-tax LOSS of £630.1m compared to £430.3m in 2024. Chelsea made a net profit on player trading of £57.9m in the year ending June 30, 2025 [2024: £152.5m] principally due to the sales of Conor Gallagher to Atletico de Madrid, Bashir Humphreys to Burnley, Kepa Arrizabalaga to Arsenal and Ângelo to Al-Nassr. In addition; the Group realised contingent fees in relation to a number of previous transfers. This kind of stuff goes over my head, as I’ve admitted many times before. So I often just leave this to the experts. But even I can read and see that this is HUGELY concerning….. What a time to be a Chelsea fan 😞

United will have Martinez and possible Maguire missing next week Saturday. Hopefully the honeymoon period for Carrick is over and this where we see a dip in form. We need to win at all costs. Lost, then getting top 5 seems hugely unlikely. We win, then suddenly United now are drawn into the race again. Need a big performance. Hopefully James is back too.

I have NO idea why we do not go for Caicedo's countryman Joel Ordóñez for a good right-footed CB Of course my REAL want (for years now, since he was 16yo) for a right-footed CB is Luka Vuskovic but IF (relegation would so aid that) he leaves Spuds I doubt he comes here as every top 15 club in UEFA wants him
-
I feel like being a calm, composed, super comfortable on the ball CB is what should be pursued more than anything. Going after “physical/powerful” CB’s is what led us to buying dogshit like Tosin, Badiashile, Disasi, etc. And talking about buying someone to partner Colwill when we don’t even have any idea what he’ll be like is silly, too. For me we need a clear out and TWO new CB’s of a high level.

lol, even our own official website is not trying to gaslight............... Liam Rosenior reflects on 'massively disappointing' defeat to Man City https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/article/liam-rosenior-reflects-on-massively-disappointing-defeat-to-man-city Liam Rosenior says our 3-0 defeat to Manchester City was ‘massively disappointing’ and believes the Blues must respond better to setbacks in matches. For 45 minutes of this afternoon’s contest at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea looked the more likely to take all three points. We had the better of the chances and were unfortunate to have a Marc Cucurella goal ruled out for offside. However, in the second period, City took control of the game. They went in front through a header from Nico O’Reilly and added a second six minutes later via Marc Guehi. Jeremy Doku then struck a third to guarantee victory for the visitors and condemn the Blues to a third consecutive defeat in the Premier League. While pleased with our first-half display, Rosenior accepts our performance in the second period was not at the level required against a side with City's quality. 'Massively disappointing, especially from our first half performance,' reflected our head coach. 'But it's happened too many times [that we've conceded two goals in quick succession]. 'Man City start the second half better than us; that can happen against a good team. But what you can't do is concede two goals in the manner that we did, so quickly after one another. 'Again, it comes down to resilience in difficult moments and seeing those moments through and making sure you're still in the game.' Rosenior continued: 'I felt in the first half, in our defensive structure, we were organised and difficult to break down. We had transition moments and looked to press. 'Cucurella's goal, it's maybe an inch [offside]. I don't even know how close it is to be honest, but they've made their decision. 'I don't want to talk about the positives, though, as the reality is that too many times in a short space of time we've gone a goal down and then it's quickly followed by another. That's something that just can't happen moving forward.' END "Very immature and physically out-muscled, swatted like a little fly" The harsh line that hits home https://siphillipstalkschelsea.substack.com/p/very-immature-and-physically-out Unfortunately, people like Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville have actually been right about Chelsea all along. I’ve not agreed with EVERYTHING they’ve said, but the bulk of it has always been correct. None of them have liked or agreed with the project since the start, and now, pretty much 99% of the Chelsea fan base are with them. Maybe it was just refusal to believe the inevitable. Maybe it was just hope in vain. Maybe it was false positivity. Maybe it was our blue tinted glasses. We all tried for some time to hold some sort of belief, but all of that I think has been fully drained from us all, finally. Chelsea got rolled over in that second half against Manchester City last night, losing 3-0 at home. The fans didn’t even stick around the boo them all off at full time, they have become that sick of it. “I can’t imagine now where the leadership is coming from in the club. Who’s calming Liam Rosenior down? This is a massive job for him, Chelsea’s a huge football club, and he’s going in at a level he’s never been in before. Who’s actually guiding him right now?,” Gary Neville asked at full time last night. “What we saw from Chelsea is what Chelsea are. They can be really talented and bright in matches, and in the first half, they did show some elements of that, but then they can look very immature and physically out-muscled, swatted like a little fly.” That last line is everything in a nutshell. We lack maturity, mentality, physicality, leadership across the whole club, and experience. It’s plain and simple to me. Neville has seen it for some time. We have all now seen it, some of us actually for some time as well. But the owners are not seeing it. Quite incredible really. Chelsea are on a slippery slope and falling fast… It pains me so much to watch it happen.

Sources: Chelsea now monitoring Manchester City player for the summer He's a player who is more than attainable 👀 https://siphillipstalkschelsea.substack.com/p/sources-Chelsea-now-monitoring-manchester Chelsea are now monitoring a Manchester City player who looks like he might want out of the club, ahead of the summer transfer window. We keep hearing that Chelsea are planning a big summer of recruitment, with proven players being targeted. Liam Rosenior keeps teasing it and bigging it up in the media, and Chelsea have been releasing such things as well via briefs. Time will tell of course whether we actually see a difference in recruitment this summer, but all I see is understandable scepticism from the fan base. Either way, a new goalkeeper could be on the agenda, and one name SPTC Sources have been given just this week is James Trafford of Manchester City. As you will know, Trafford was signed by City last summer but he is playing backup to Gianluigi Donnarumma. Trafford is already getting itchy feet and wants to be a starting goalkeeper, so he is seeking an exit from City. Our sources have heard that Chelsea are now monitoring his situation in case they decide to bring a new goalkeeper in this summer, which is something that they are considering. Trafford has been on Chelsea’s shortlist for some time now, even before he joined City. You might remember we reported our interest in the stopper not so long ago, so he’s always been on our radar, and now we are looking into making a possible move to sign him. Trafford went back to City from Burnley in the summer for a fee of around £30m, signing a 5-year-contract at that time. The 23-year-old England international has made just 3 appearances in the Premier League for City this season, and is looking like he could be attainable should he ask to go already.

I call bullshit, BUT if we do buy him and it is not for a LOW price, I am going to not be a happy camper. Why would we buy yet ANOTHER left-footed RWer????? We desperately need a quality right-footed LWer.

The Enzo suspension was an ownership/SD decision https://siphillipstalkschelsea.substack.com/i/193944153/this-was-an-ownershipsd-decision (Liam Rosenior made the decision to suspend Enzo. Supported by Sporting Directors & Ownership. [@David_Ornstein]) SPTC Sources heard that Liam Rosenior was in the room and also agreed to this decision, but it’s being painted out like it was Liam’s call. It wasn’t. Yes, he collectively called it and agreed to it, but it was more from above him.

Liam Rosenior entirely out of his depth, SDs/Owners have built an average squad for almost £2bn. Yet nothing will change. I just want MY Chelsea back.... DARK clouds over my club right now https://siphillipstalkschelsea.substack.com/p/liam-rosenior-entirely-out-of-his My Dad and I sat there tonight watching the Chelsea game, fully knowing exactly what was wrong from minute one. Yet, a fully qualified football coach watched it for like 75 minutes, and still saw nothing wrong even though we were three goals down. Liam Rosenior set up tonight against Man City trying to contain them. We spent 90 minutes with 11 player behind the ball attempting to grasp something. We had Joao Pedro basically playing as a defensive midfielder and nobody ahead of him on the pitch. Imagine inviting pressure for 90 minutes against some of the best attackers in world football? What could possibly go wrong? Rosenior once again showed that he is well and truly out of his depth today. But there is only one person/s to blame tonight, the ones who put this school teacher in charge - BlueCo. These guys have RUINED my football club and they need to be DRIVEN out now. Enough is enough. I’m sick to death of our owners and their precious project, thinking they know best yet they’ve hired a LinkedIn football manager to lead it. What the hell? They’ve just hired another Graham Potter to lead this average squad after spending £2bn on it. Imagine if you performed like this in any other business? Man City were even there for the taking in the first half, and anyone with a footballing brain could see that, apart from anyone at Chelsea… City were awful, giving the ball away, creating nothing, leaving huge gaps for us to easily play through. Yet we could not exploit it. Why? Because Temu head coach had us defending for our lives. If we were serious and reacted to the actual game and how it was being played out, we would have gone 2-0 up in that first half. Pep had a word with his players at half time and they decided to turn up, hence why they then went on to show their clear quality that is MILES above us and smash Chelsea. Pep showed that he is LEVELS above Temu Rosenior. But City were there for us to beat. We did OK in that first half but we didn’t push on and take advantage. Then Pep went nuts and they just showed their quality. It’s that simple. Chelsea are an absolute mess. Estevao and Cole Palmer, our two players who are supposed to be our saviours, were awful tonight. Palmer has been awful for a while. Joao Pedro was non-existent. Moises Caicedo and Andrey Santos were timid. Wesley Fofana and Jorrel Hato I actually thought were decent tonight. Robert Sanchez is Robert Sanchez and should be playing a different sport - one that doesn’t need you to be brave and confident. Malo Gusto isn’t good enough over. Marc Cucurella has been awful lately but actually turned up for this game. Pedro Neto does a couple good things followed by four bad things, and we have a bunch of shitty average subs to come on. It’s embarrassingly terrible. How have they spent all this money and provided this squad? I’m beyond words now at this point. This is MY Chelsea. BlueCo have ruined MY Chelsea. They need to go, get the hell our of my club, and take your yes man with you. All of this and then add the Enzo stuff into it all. Absolute embarrassment of an organisation this BlueCo.

No chance we win this, United are way smarter than us
