Over the next 3 years I can easily see us losing Caicedo, Cucurella, Estevão, Enzo, João Pedro, and the collapsing Palmer. BlueCo will never replace them with equal quality ALREADY PROVEN veteren players. They will be replaced with teens and wild dice roles. I am going to take a break from listing targets and also Chels buy news rumours. It all seems pointless atm. No truly top players will want to come here under BlueCo and their conveyor belt of puppets and assclowns.

You don't need a world class coach to come in, sometimes as a coach you also need to figure out how to get the best out of the players in the squad. Just look at Howe at Newcastle, they haven't been great this season and their big name signing wasn't exactly lighting it up as a striker, so they decided to use him as more of a midfielder. Just looking at the lineup that was put out in the 2nd half against Newcastle, who actually thought Garnacho - Pedro - Delap was going to get us a goal with Palmer not in form at all? Then you make a sub of Caicedo for Lavia? And then you throw on Hato at LB for no reason?

I can see us completely collapsing and only winning 3 of our remaining games: 1. Port Vale at SB (and us them getting battered in the next round if we draw any temotely decent side as our opponents) 2. Forest at SB (May 2nd) 3. Spuds at SB (May 17th) I can see us getting crushed in many of the other games. We have a real shot at ending up back in the Conference League, and maybe missing out on even that. Rosenior is completely out of his puppet depth, and no decent manager will agree to come here and work under the assfuck paradigm erected by the BlueCo clown-twats. They may well have destroyed us as a top 20-25 UEFA club for a decade plus if we are not even remotely sorted out come the end of the 2026/27 season. No CL equals no remotely adequate FOS sponsor, which means hundreds of millions in lost revenue over the next multiple years. No new stadium until 2040 or so means over 1 billion quid in lost revenue by then. We also will have to start liquidating some of our most valuable players to comply with the new, far stricter EPL FFP rules coming into effect, on top of the UEFA FFP. At some point BlueCo may just pull the plug and extract as much money as possible and then just sell off the remaining rump of the club at a slashed price. That is exactly what private equity pirates do, especially the yank ones, who are the worst of the worst. We brought in the devil and we may well burn for it moving forward. Not good. Not good at all, I fear.

He probably thought the goal was going to happen anyway after the attacker got past James. Sums up the mentality of the current squad, when he decided not to give chase to at least try and help the situation. Dont care about any semblance of quality he might have in the odd game here and there. Piss poor attitude, and sounds like a terrible individual off the pitch too. Worst combination.

No established, top class manager is going to agree to work under the conditions these idiots running the club set out. They literally tell every manager they appoint from minute 1 that they have no actual power or authority. So the only managers who jump at the chance to come here are your Potter’s, Maresca’s, or Rosenior’s who are stepping up massively from where they were. They almost cannot believe their luck that Chelsea came calling. No world class coach who is at an already big club and is basically the Big Boss where they are is going to agree to have their authority stripped and micromanaged by clowns who know nothing about football. So that’s why I can’t even bring myself to start thinking about a new manager in any sort of positive way. We’ll just replace Rosenior with some other puppet who’s out of their depth.

Exactly. Mean the Conference league was one we were expected to win and the CWC meh. I doubt many remember us winning it or see it some major achievement cause nice as it was to win it..its a trophy very few give a crap about or changed anything. As I said Maresca was doing good, look how we did against Barcelona as well. He knew how to set us up for big games. The fools are the board think that is not the manager that helps with that, but the players themselves and any manager would do good. The problem is that is always 50-50. Good players as well a good coach. To me Maresca showed enough to get more time and help improve the squad. Now we are back to tryeing everyone to see how it works and it will be continuing like that because we will sack Liam and get a new manager that wants to try everyone.

We've been like this for ages, since Tuchel left with the UCL title. Maresca managed to get Palmer in the form of his life and got us the Conference and CWC titles but other than that, you can look through the whole squad and there's literally no quality. James, Cucurella, Caicedo, Palmer (when in form), Estevao (even though he's raw) and maybe Pedro. Everyone else could be sold 😄

We'll be mid-table by the time that happens Honestly I can see us getting 7th at this rate, Pool will overtake us once they beat Spurs. Haven't seen such a gutless performance AT HOME against Newcastle's backup midfield. Enzo couldn't do anything, Palmer invisible, could barely control a ball, Pedro doing his usual midfield rubbish, Garnacho running inside time and time again and Delap playing like a CB upfront. Can't wait to see how many PSG pile on us at the Bridge, they'll want to make a statement for the next round.

What Strategy? You can't just buy a bunch of players, put them together like FIFA career mode and hope that they produce results. That display against Newcastle (without both Tonali and Bruno...even Joel didn't come on till 60 minutes) was utterly pathetic. Big questions need to be asked about every player in the squad. Palmer was invisible for most of the game and it was rinse and repeat, get the ball, pass it onto the wing, let Garnacho dribble inside for no reason, no shot, no cross, then pass it to the right, give it to James, put a cross in, hope that Delap isn't useless upfront.
