With the run in we have..little chance..maybe they'll surprise us but won't be disappointed or surprised if dont make top 5 because thats where we are now. Top 5 or nothing really..not a trophy winning side thats for sure
-
Be a bit hard for them when we don’t have UCL next season. And we’ve already been struggling to find a permanent shirt sponsor so imagine how difficult is going to be to convince some company to fork over mega money on us once we aren’t in the elite competition. Yeah, unlike us I can actually picture Liverpool going on a long winning run to end the season if they get on a roll of 2-3 wins. We basically need to play completely out of our skin week after week against top sides WITH UCL and FA Cup sprinkled in. I just cannot see how we do it with this squad. The mentality and maturity simply isn’t there.
-
reminds me of Wenger’s young teams, they used to win fuck all.
-
What's laughable is that we had 4 CBs on for the last two minutes of the game, and Burnley had two free headers, equalizing from one and nearly winning from the 2nd.

I have called out Plamer today but I tell you another fucker that is absolute middle of the road garbage is Enzo Fernandez How this bloke is warranted 100m Is beyond me- he's sloppy, has no idea of spacial awareness around him and is lazy and unfit as fuck Terrible terrible player
-
i feel really bad for the fans that have to go to the stadium and watch this crap week in, week out. they should all get refunded after watching this disaster show. the players, the manager and the owners deserve every bit of booing coming their way. absolutely disgraceful and pathetic on every level. i can’t trust this team anymore, the soul, the fire, the desire and fear factor we used to give to opponents is gone. I feel disgusted by the current state of the club. Cheers

the old guard would never allow these shit teams to get points at the Bridge, this team is a complete mess, absolutely pathetic from these so called professional footballers. No fight or passion for the club, mercenary cunts.
-
Thing is they have the team to take them there. Just have misfire moments..im not sure we do so much. We get too many red cards for starters! What is the record cause we must be close to beating it If we do miss out id rather miss out by at least 4 points then one point or something annoying like that...
-
Its a franchise investment policy. Doesnt matter if it doesnt bring success $$$$$$$

As long as Blueco make a profit

Liverpool have had multiple midseason “crisis runs” where their fanbase has been on fire and calling for the manager’s head and yet they’re still almost certainly going to leapfrog us and take that final UCL spot in the end. That is how costly these last 2 matches have been.
-
wouldn’t surprise me at all, this team is so shit atm, he will want to fight for trophies
-
Palmer since all these United noises has chucked it, he's not interested Clubs a shambles, discipline is an absolute joke. no leadership, scatter gun subs, player identity and recruitment is lower than a squirrels balls and as it stands we are handing 4th place to whoever wants it
-
typical of this lot, fuck off
-
And we wouldn't have had just 2 on target.. Crappity Crappity
-
I really do think that in form Palmer from years past makes all the difference. It’s almost as simple as that for me. Other than Joao Pedro this season we don’t have a single other reliable source of goals. If Palmer was himself these dropped points from winning positions don’t happen. Because we would be scoring 3-4 goals in all these games against shit teams. Hell, even in poor form he should be scoring these 1 on 1 chances. His touch, his decision making, and his body language have been terrible for months now.
-
"Chelsea have lost 19 points from winning positions in the Premier League this season. Only West Ham (20) have lost more" Ouch
-
Stranger things have happened in football. Definitely not a "no way" situation. Everyone else has the fortunate habit of choking as well.
-
Ill blame the muppet coach!! Just cat put in all defenders you have on bench! What was our formation 6:3:1??
-
loool ofc we will not get top5. no way lol
-
If we do get 4th or even 5th it'll be scrapped by...we have to win the Liverpool/Man U game obs but also the rest. Dont think we have it in us to do it.. Oh yippee its Arsenal next
-
Both had all around bad games in every aspect. No one is saying Palmer is at fault for what Fofana did. Fofana is clearly an idiot and the fact that we are not seeing Sarr play ahead of him already raises serious questions around either Rosenior or the decisions made in January - if Sarr is not good enough to play over him, we should have gone to the market properly. Got called out during the game when I said Palmer is not world class anymore but I'm sorry it is as in our faces as anything can be. Obviously, the guy has struggled with injuries and I feel sorry for what's happened to him - but pity does not mean you just ignore the facts being shoved in your face for 1 year+. He's not the same anymore. Maybe he never will be again. Happened to lots of great players unfortunately. Most likely path is we see flashes from him, occasional great games, instead of consistent brilliance.
-
Same. Its happened so many times. Score first and draw or lose so no surprise its happened again

Turned it off at 90mins, i knew what was coming. not surprised at all
