If you want a raise you gotta play better than you playing at Vitesse, Dom.

Club's fault, he would be world class by now if the club treated him better, its never their own fault when an young un underperforms.

17 years old. But we should definitely sell him or probably send him on a succession of loans. Look at the number of YOUTH players that has generated for us. Who cares about personal grooming. Lets the clubs who should not give a crap about players on loan take care of that aspect.

I thought he was our next blue eyed boy and was bound to play Chels 1st team.

I think IF an academy lad shines and stands out then we give him 1st team training.

With our academt winning everything going what does suprize me is they dont 'shine' and 'stand out' whever they may be loaned to. I'm a believer in someone (whether a footballer or milkman) finds his own skill level. So if a lad goes on loan and is shit hot then the attention he gets will get him further up the ladder. But if he goes ot 7/8 times then unless he gets motivated hes going to go down the ladder.

Now Im not knocking that as most footballers in lower leagues are very good, content and well paid. But  its not Chelsea.

I wouldn't read too much into his goal tally at Vitesse. He was highly rated in the Netherlands during his time there. Still only 18 remember.

Yeah I hear that.Maybe some 1st team training will give him that boost. See what Conte does with the kids.

Whether the loan was made before Conte came or what, who knows. But it looks like hes got his eyes on all the lads and iosn't scared of using them.. The trick is the right balance.
I would like to see all the academy to do more gym work, maybe some growth hormones to build them up. Its like comparing boys to men looking at them next to complete players. Look at the difference it made to Ronaldo after he hit the gym.

is he alive?

Not surprised one bit he's out of favour.

He should have really paid attention to what happened with Fabio Borini and Daniel Sturridge. If you become a contract rebel, you'll be cast into the shadows lol

Little sod is being a diva isn't he.

Holding out for a £50k a week long term contract with assurances of 1st team playing time.

This is what happens once you give RLC £60 a week when he doesn't deserve it.
