King Carlo mentioned in his autobiography that he signed for Chelsea on April 1 but the deal was announced on June 1. In that period he also said he was 99% staying at AC Milan.

Just looked up Bielsa on wiki, he has about 6 months expierence in Europe and has not managed in club football since 1998.

We already took a similar risk with Scolari and became a laughing stock no way would Roman risk that happening again.
