The road for Hiddink to join is clear. Still not convinced he'll be the manager.

I think so.

Guus gave so much clues as to what he wants.

Although i might not be surprised if he wants to do a dual role. So he can finish with the qualifiers from Turkey, before completely taking over Chelsea.

If he comes i would expect a 3 year contact. He is going to be 65, and SAF 70. Guus would like to continue as long as SAF, so can easily see him coaching for at least 3 years.

It's what most of them have been playing like all season, im grateful for the double they delivered in 2010 and it weren't the dip in form that fucked me off i can handle that if they put the effort in but half of them did not all season, they get payed over 100k a week but can't be fucked to perform to fans who save up and pay good money and travel up and down the country to watch them play? that's what fucks me off.

Even if we assume the dip in their performances was caused by them simply not giving a damn I'm sure you'd agree it was only one season and they've got more than enough reasons to improve in 11/12.

I would rather just keep our current players if that is going to be the case.

There is no way those players will win us the league/CL... maybe Carling cup lol.

APPARENTLYeyebrows.gif, Hiddink wants to bring Ray Wilkins back on board...

In which case he has my backing, not to mention the players. Getting rid of RW was ridiculous. Let's have him back alongside Hiddink.

Lame.

Even Real Madrid got it and they're a circus of long renown. Are they going into next season with Raul and Guti in the starting lineup? In the squad?

They were, two seasons ago.

Exactly my point. When will Chelsea address the issue of changing the spine and character of this team? Let's put it off until 2012-13 right? Then it'll be 2013-14 and so on.

Lampards still got a lot to offer in my opinion

You're right. I was talking that we need to have enough of players. To keep those two for cover and to add two to be starters. We could rotate more.
