Newcastle are playing really well here but over the season, it is difficult to see City have a big drop off from their 80+ points streak Arsenals problem never was against the big teams, their problem was that they had so many bogey results against smaller teams, Palace e.g. They seem to win these games against smaller teams with ease now.
