  • Steve Clarke as assistant manager (he is on a temporary contract at Liverpool)
  • Premier League
  • More chances for Josh, Kakuta, Bertrand and possibly Bruma
  • Sturridge-Torres upfront
  • A playmaker and two quality wingers
  • Breaking up player power

Bring Mourinho or Hiddink back, or get Andre Villas Boas.

Buy one or two top quality wingers.

Buy a world-class right back

Play with Daniel Sturridge as second striker behind Fernando Torres who should be our only main striker.

Sell Bosingwa, Anelka, Alex, Malouda, Zhirkov, Kalou, Turnbull.

- Hiddink to return as sporting director.

- Drogba must not be sold.

- Lampard & Essien to be free from injury & return to form.

- Right & Left wingers with pace please! Possibly a playmaker dependant on the emergence of MacEachran & in Jan Piazon.

- Bruma to be converted to a RB.

- Sturridge must be given a run.

- Senior players to be dropped when out of form & the younger players given opportunitys instead.

- Hierarchy to stay out of footballing decisions

- Go back to signing players of the managers choice.

- Bosingwa, Maloulda & Kalou to be sold.

If Ancelotti stays -

- Select the right team & formation, especially for tough CL games.

- Drop the senior players when needed/give youngsters more opportunitys.

- Play 3 at the back when teams come to the Bridge & put 10 men behind the ball or 'park the bus'

- Bring forwards in when behind in games not a RB or a holding midfielder!

- Ferreira to given a role on the coaching staff.

- A new coach that has tactical awareness & can also motivate & aid the players mental state.

- Grow some bollocks & make sure he is no longer undermined.

Lastly sign Messi! :smiliecap1:

Oh & some free hospitality tickets would be nice with some fit models as my personal waitresses!

not sure about the Maldini point but spot on.

First option: Carlo stays

1.Anelka,Ferreira,Bosingwa,Kalou wacko.gif out

2.Give Sturridge,McEachran,Kakuta,Bruma,Mancienne,Bertrand/PvA more playing time

3.One playmaker,one decent left/right winger

4.New assistant manager

Second option: Carlo leaves

1.Deschamps as a manager,Zola assistant manager

2. Same as in first option

3.Same as in first option

4.Let the manager choose who is he going to sign

5.Hiddink must be in the club when his contract with Turkey ends

My list as follows:

  • Carlo to stay as manager (he deserves more chances)
  • Aguero/Neymar and Sanchez to sign in the summer
  • Sturridge, McEachran and Bertrand (Piazon in January) to all play some part in the season
  • Whole squad to be rearranged and built around Torres
  • A Decent assistant manager that will help Carlo during matches rather than having Carlo clueless
  • Keep Terry (Mourinho wants him at Real Madrid)

EDIT - Oh, you said realistic. In that case, the Quadruple? It might please the doubters that crawl out from under the floorboards when we're not winning everything.
