You need to set deadlines for yourself and a schedule. Make yourself stick to it and for your sanity turn off "The Lion King"! You will not be able to think with all the roaring and singing! :)

Now, get your bum in gear and get back to work so you can get the grade you want!

It's 7am and I still haven't slept a single second this night. This is not good. Not good at all.

Oh lovely boy, I know that feeling, may god help you right now because you'll ne totally disconnected from the real world for, lets say 24H.

Have you tried chamomile tea? Or melatonin? The first will help you relax the second is a supplement tat I use when I change time zones.

You have a pretty bad sleep schedule! So do I...

It has been this way for almost 2 years now. Not as extreme as it is now (as I have to go to school, normally) but I can't fall asleep before 2am even during a working week.

As I don't believe in God I'll put my trust in some pills.

I've tried the former, but it didn't help me. Melatonin? Don't think we have any at home.
