Kakuta the same, get some creativity in the side. Bruma and PVA are also players who are ready for the next step. Surely thats exactly the opposite of what we need. I mean over the course of the season he must have noticed how stale we are, he must realise that certain players are the wrong side of 30 and need replacing or at least adequate cover, surely he must know that there is too much deadweight in the current squad that needs an overhaul. Exactly the same problem that he created at Milan, Ancelotti wants to maintain the status quo.

Ye but all of them were gradually introduced into the starting line up from a young age. As I said, Im not saying McEachran should start ahead of Lampard every week but surely a few Premier League starts would do him the world of good? Get some genuinely competitive games under his belt, Messi (despite being very lightweight) was starting games for Barcelona at a young age too. I really dont think this is a new concept, its just gradually introducing a young player into a starting line up so that he feels comfortable to play when called upon but we seem to fail to do that with our young players.

No but by the same token a year ago did you expect Sturridge and Kakuta to get so few first team opportunities with us?

Given how well McEachran played in his few performances I think he warranted more than he has gotten.

A good manager knows how to get the best out of his players and carlo knows nothing about that ...

We have the best squad in the EPl atm , full of world class players and there is not one team that has the quality of players we do but they still look like below average players.

give any manager the choice between essien and park , Mikel and Carrick , Lamps and giggs , Drogba and hernandez , terry and ferdinand , cole and evra , ivanovic and oshea and he will choose the blue players !! but right now the other ones looks superb for them , that is because they are bad managed and misused and if you have a better explanation please let me know ..... our confidence seems to be lost and our stars are out shone by average players .

He has still featured FIFTEEN times this season which is well above the average for a player in the 17-18 bracket, Beckham didnt break through the United team until he was 20.

In the year they were 17 turning 18

Lampard was on loan at Swansea

Cech was playing for a club called Blasny and only made 1 appearance that season

Terry was still awaiting his Chelsea debut

Essien was still awaiting his professional debut.

Just because he aint playing every week at 17 DOESNT mean he aint going to make it

Who do you think will best fill the manager role for us?

Season after season we keep manager hopping, and this is really getting sick. We don't win a silverware one season and the next thing you know the coach is gone.

We need a long term coach like Manu,Arsenal have. IMHO I want CA to stay unless the person replacing him is Frank Rijkaard or Mourinho

Yes I do, I dont think this Man Utd side is great, I dont think the current Arsenal side is great either, all the more reason to feel disappointed that we haven't won the league this season.
