Kostas and Henrique, you sound like gloryhunters. Every manager has bad seasons, bad moments and you go making judgements based on nothing. The battle is not over and there have been things going against us that ARE NOT dependant on Ancelotti. Sure, he has made mistakes, but he has also made really good calls, don't see you mention those. I'm 100% behind Carlo, stability will be a lot more beneficial in the long term for the club.

Btw, I love the way people like Kostas Henrique and Blue Heart come bragging and showing off their google knowledge and hammering Ancelotti, when was the criticism when we won the double? Don't need to, you show your true colors with one post. Group phases and knock out phase went perfectly, as it did last year. Now we have a tough opponent and we lose 0-1, still have second leg ahead of us and many are quick to jump to conclusions. Very fast trigger finger you've got mate. Sometimes you can raise your hands up and admit that we played badly and were overplayed, but it doesn't mean we can only put it on Ancelotti, perhaps it's the out of form players - just a thought?

I might have been hasty but I'm fed up when hypocritical people come singing " ANCELOTTI OUT" song after every loss, without much facts, nothing. I don't see them doing that when we are winning. This season has been fucked up and it doesn't matter if you're SAF Mourinho or Ancelotti, you can't bake bread out of shit, simple as that.

Doesn't matter about not rating Lamps as good enough anymore, just don't slate the manager as it's not his fault. He only picks the team and takes training sessions after all.

We need to get rid of Drogba,Anelka,Lampard,Malouda,Zhirkov,Essien,Mikel,Kalou,Bosingwa and new boy Torres isn't good enough.

They can all go but not the manager because that would give us 'instability'.

Oh okay, so you say I haven't exactly made an arguement about this.... fine, well if you really want my honest opinion, this is what I think of it all....

We've chopped and changed managers faster than probably any of the top 4 clubs in recent years since the sacking of Mourinho 4 years ago. Avram Grant took us to the final in 2008 but got sacked because he didn't win anything, then Scolari came in, results in mid-season didn't go our way, and as a result we sacked him, which I honestly thought an idea like that was a stupid one to say the least... Hiddink then came in, and... credit to him, he won the FA Cup. To tell you the truth, it was a shame he had to leave because he had to fulfil his duties with the Russian football team, prior to that, he would have signed on with us permanently had he have not been registered with Russia at the time.

Following season, Ancelotti's come in, and despite going out of the champions league early, he went one better than Mourinho and won us the double. Now I'm amazed that because this season has somewhat been a poor one, people are saying they want him sacked because Chelsea could go a whole season without winning anything.

It's not the manager's fault that the players haven't showed a good display this season, otherwise we would never have won the double in the last one. Some of our players need replacing because they're either getting too old, or their form isn't up to scratch. Ancelotti is a good manager in Europe, he just needs to be working alongside younger, more hungry players.

And I hate to make this comparison, but if you take the example of Arsene Wenger at Arsenal, he's won nothing there since 2005 and he's still their manager. Not because he hasn't won anything, but because their fans believe in him.

Some people might agree with me, some people might not, that's fine, you're entitled to your opinion, but that's what I think of it anyway. However bad we play, whether we win trophies or we don't, I back Carlo 100%

Grant was just a stop gap. He was never going to be the Chelsea manager. In fact was he even that? Ten Cate and Clarke did all the work imo. Grant was just the guy doing the interviews.

Scolari failed and was rightly sacked.

Hiddink was a stop gap and was never likely to stay.

So two long term managers fired (Mourinho + Scolari) and Ancelotti effectively replaced Scolari.

Ancelotti hasn't been his best and proved that he makes some very stupid decisions and doesn't rotate when needed. However i think many people on this site are being pretty hypocritical and babies, i hate the fact as soon as we lose or play bad this thread comes straight back up to the top, when we were beating Man United and Man City i didn't see any of this discussion. I don't know if Ancelotti is right for rotating Chelsea around for next season but it's not like it's him who has been the problem this season, there's been many faults, has he been the best at solving it, no maybe not, but i think he's a brilliant manager when we have no problems, if there was any way we could get a good team who can play very good football and very tactical minded and connect with team work Ancelotti knows how to take advantage with it. I don't want to sack him because of a loss, because i don't know who were going to get exactly, can't see Mourinho coming back here, he will get sacked from Madrid probably but doubt he will come here. We should still keep Ancelotti, because it's proved even a match changes peoples opinions on here, don't get to narrow and sudden with decisions. Football changes over night.
