CHOULO19 24,332
"The rifle used in the accident is a Crickett designed for children and sold under the slogan “My First Rifle,” according to the company's website. It is a smaller weapon designed for children and comes with a shoulder stock in child-like colors including pink and swirls."WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!Sick isn't it? Kids taught to use guns."weapon designed for children" I mean what the actual fuck! Rmpr

Rmpr 8,977
The same idiots that say "we don't want to take anyone's guns away" after a 5yo shoots a 2yo dead! This is disgusting, I am shocked! I dont know if I feel sorry for the kid who will probably live a mental drama throughout all his life or if I feel sorry for the poor little girl who died... And it was blue...I had a similar one, but my mom would not let me put the ring in it fearing I would hurt my self! But in principal, why should there even be such toys for kids? What is the message we are giving to children? That guns are fun? Of course I'm in no way comparing that to giving a 5yo an actual fucking rifle! This is disgusting, I am shocked! I dont know if I feel sorry for the kid who will probably live a mental drama throughout all his life or if I feel sorry for the poor little girl who died... Worst part is that it was judged to be a complete accident and "no charges will be raised". What about the idiots for parents? Throw those fuckers in jail! BluesChick 1,260
My son is 6'1" (186cm) and he just turned 16! Of course, he is still growing! Doug's brother is 6 ft 3 in and he has several uncles near that height. Unfortunately, this is not the first or last of these stories that I will hear. The typical one is a kid showing off his dad's gun to a friend...I think the gun company should be held liable for making a weapon for and marketed to children. The parent's should lose custody for child endangerment and be charged with accessory to murder. Of course, part of their punishment has already been determined: they have lost one child, they will forever know it was their other child's fault, and live with the knowledge that it all could have been prevented if they had used their damn brains and bought him a bike or a dog for his birthday... Both would have been more fun and much safer! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD CHOULO19
Madmax 9,219
Exes can feel pretty precious sometimes. Mine rang me up yesterday, 2 YEARS after we broke up to rant about how I'd deleted her from my Facebook. Now, I've removed my Facebook account yonks ago so it made me laugh. I don't care enough about your presence to want to dismiss it from mine, stupid. BluesChick and CHOULO19

That is a question I have been asking myself for years and I still have no answer to it. I have many good friends who are normally very rational people but when it comes to guns they become irrational and rabid. On an odd note, I am licensed to carry a handgun, but never filed the papers to get the license. The only reason I went through the course was because I was applying for a job at the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (state level FBI) in their firearms and tool markings division. Since, I had never fired a gun or been near one we decided that I might want that knowledge before my interview. I ma it through the initial set of interviews but declined the next round when I found out it would require me to live in city 3 hours away from my family for 2-3 years for training. my kids were still very little then. It is called cognitive dissonance (reduction) - Leo Festinger 1957!!!! One of the best and most influential concept in social psychology. The reason why dombasses stick to dumb ideas even when faced with facts as horrible as these. http://books.google.be/books/about/A_Theory_Of_Cognitive_Dissonance.html?hl=nl&id=voeQ-8CASacC BluesChick and DJames
