I read it somewhere a few weeks back and asked a friend of my parents who's a doctor if there's some true story behind that. He thought it might help as your feet are the parts of your body which will get cold easiest, and therefore you might wake up while sleeping if the feet's temperature hits a low.It's the middle of summer here...reaching around 40 degrees Celsius... I've been holding my feet next to my radiator for 15 minutes now and they're still friggin cold. I'm kinda ill, which could be the reason for that btw.
